Showed up for the usual food, two entrees and chow mein were out...and they told me they didnt have anymore to put out. I asked about another entree, they said thats a 1.50 more. I said but you don't have the 2 entrees I came for...no response...so I left. Terrible service.
Not a bad experience, but it just needs some guidance from management to make it top-notch. I visited during the Saturday dinner rush, and with only three people ahead of me, the wait wasn't bad—especially considering they were juggling drive-thru and online orders. The gentleman assembling the food did a fantastic job maneuvering around the online order station.
