“I waited in the drive-thru for approximately 20 minutes. When I reached the window, I asked if I could make a change to my order, but Aaliyah refused. There was also confusion regarding the Cub Meal, as the photo appeared to show two sides, but I was informed it only included one. During the interaction, Aaliyah told me to “make up my mind next time” and stated that I was making her late because her drive-thru times were being tracked.

In addition, my drink and Super Greens were missing from the order. When I requested to speak with a manager, Aaliyah declined to get one. She also did not attempt to apply my coupon.

I then went inside and spoke with Emily, who was very professional and apologetic. She immediately listened to my concerns and got the General Manager, Jerson. Jerson also apologized for the experience and made things right by providing a complimentary plate and drink for the inconvenience.

While I appreciate the excellent customer service provided by Emily and Jerson, my interaction with Aaliyah was disappointing and did not reflect the level of service I expect as a customer.“

“The family and I go to PF Changs for Sunday lunch quite often. Today we were lucky enough to sit in Gregory’s section. He’s by far the best waiter we’ve had here. The large quantity of food is very good for the price.
They only accept cash.
It’s kind of hidden away so you need to be looking for it to find it.
No dining inside (only a few chairs, no tables). Very fast to cook food, so order, take it and go.“

There is a self ordering kiosk and we were offered the option to use the kiosk or to place our order with the restaurant staff. He was super helpful and patient. “Our food was good!
I had the sweet & sour chicken with vegetable fried rice and my wife had the almond boneless chicken with fried rice.

While I agree with some comments that their “fried rice” is not the most “fried” to the level that you see at other places, the quality of the food overall was good.

We both enjoyed our food and thought this to have been one of the better Chinese food experiences we have had in the past!

“This is that hole-in-the-wall Chinese spot your grandpa used to rave about and it still is. Been here since the early 90s for a reason! The sear and smokiness on the fried rice I got was to perfection and it was the old g-ma that cooked it, very legit American Chinese cuisine“

“Our family visits Michigan about once a year, and there’s one restaurant we always make sure to stop at — Asian Express! It’s seriously delicious. Not just good, but so amazing that once you taste it, you can’t stop thinking about it.

The dish we never skip is the spicy fried fish. We always order two servings haha. I’ve never heard of or tasted anything like it before. Every bite is a flavor that can’t be imitated, strangely addictive and unforgettable.

And the sweet and sour pork! It comes out freshly fried, crispy on the outside and perfectly tender inside, not overly sweet. Every bite makes you go “Wow~”.

The stir-fried squid is huge, too. We usually save some leftover sauce and mix it with rice for another meal — and it’s still unbelievably tasty. Our whole family keeps exclaiming how good it is while eating.

We also can’t skip the dumplings and shrimp fried rice. The dumplings are crispy outside and juicy inside, and the shrimp fried rice has such amazing flavor. Even with five of us eating, we kept going “Wow, wow” the whole time haha.

The parking lot is spacious, but the dining area inside is a bit small. That’s why we usually go around 4 PM when it’s less crowded. That way we can enjoy our meal comfortably.

Most of all, the owner is incredibly kind. Even though we only come once a year, she remembers us and sometimes gives us free rice or dumplings — it’s really touching. Last year, during our five-day stay, we went twice, so there’s no reason not to go haha. Honestly, we’re even thinking about going again tomorrow.

If you don’t go, you’ll regret it. Our family absolutely recommends this place. Once you taste it, you’ll keep thinking about it — it’s a must-visit when you’re in Michigan!“

“This has been my wife and I's favorite Panda Express location for years! They're consistently delicious. If you've never been get orange chicken and fried rice. Then try teriyaki chicken with low mein noodles your next trip. Delicious!“

“Make sure you double check your pick up orders. I ordered a plate with Mushroom chicken and beef/broccoli, as you can see from my picture, I only received 1 entree. It’s understandable that people get things wrong sometimes but Panda has no way to correct things like this; I messaged the help option on the app days ago but I have gotten no message back. A partial refund would be great.
