“I’ve been here a couple times whenever I come to visit the States. I usually have a great experience here aside from the last time I came.

This time, the worker was very nice, friendly, and provided large portions for us. I got the big plate with double orange chicken and a honey sesame chicken. I was actually able to save half of my meal this time for the next day due to how much the worker provided us. The flavour for the orange chicken and honey sesame chicken itself is amazing every time, but the noodles can be bland.

Overall, it’s not a bad place for fast Chinese food. I would avoid coming to this location when it’s the weekend or holidays as they can get busy which leads to unpleasant service and smaller portion sizes.“

“Not a bad experience, but it just needs some guidance from management to make it top-notch. I visited during the Saturday dinner rush, and with only three people ahead of me, the wait wasn't bad—especially considering they were juggling drive-thru and online orders. The gentleman assembling the food did a fantastic job maneuvering around the online order station. He was incredibly friendly, and even though he seemed a bit new, he was moving faster than the cashier. I ordered a plate with Beijing Beef and Orange Chicken, and the food was hot, fresh, perfectly prepared, and the portions were large.

However, the service flow broke down at the register. The cashier stepped away to count down the drawer, causing the line to back up out the door. The employee assembling food couldn't move any more orders because of the bottleneck. A manager watched the whole thing happen but never stepped in to help. When the cashier did return, they didn't ask if my order was for here or to go, just bagged it up and sent me on my way.

As for the lobby, the beverage station was tidy and organized—they even had knives, which I rarely see at other locations. They don't have Coke Zero on the fountain, but they do sell 20 oz bottles. The main lobby area needed some attention, though. The trash cans were full, and several tables needed to be wiped down; some guests were actually cleaning their own tables before sitting. I would still recommend this location for great Asian-inspired food, but a little operational training would easily take this from a 4-star to a 5-star spot.“

“9.26 was my birthday and baby when I tell you it was great, like Tony Tiger, it was great. My waiter, forgot his name, which I'm sorry, gave us so much attention, love, advice, patience and a beautiful smile, I can't compliment him enough. He's tall,slim,light skinned and bald. The waiter made my celebration special without knowing I was celebrating my birthday.I enjoyed my visit and lunch at PFChangs. He made me feel like, I was the owner and he was privilege to wait on us, a part of 4. He might have been a leader over the servers. A great role model. Thanks for perfection. Love y'all.

“Good is very good and service is amazing. We order carry out about once or twice a month. My husband is celiac and they are extremely careful with his food as well as labeling and packaging his items separately. Yesterday, I changed my usual order up slightly and they called to confirm. It isn’t the first time they called to assure they are getting you exactly what you want especially if you’re making substitutions. Kindness and caring along with great food—what could be better.“

“Well I'll tell you what! I just love Szechuan chicken! And the best that I've ever had was from a place that sold over to another owner and their food is good but the Szechuan isn't quite the same! So then I found Wing Hing and I'm a bit overjoyed because the way they make the Szechuan is almost identical to the Szechuan that I love from the place I mentioned (Golden City) Warren Michigan. So Wing Hing is in Troy at the southwest corner of Long lake road and dequindre road.

The portions are plenty and the price is also grade too!
There are some nice people let me tell you!
Tonight would be my second time enjoying it.

It's more of a carry-out as they only have like one table to sit at inside.
But the food is prepped and hot when you arrive or pick up.

“Satisfied my craving for American style Chinese food with great prices and enormous servings, and we will definitely order from here again. All the meats were tender. All the fried items were crispy. The egg roll filling had a nice texture, and the orange flavor really came through in the orange chicken.“

“The best Chinese in the state of Michigan . We used to live a couple of blocks down auburn rd and we would take out once a week. Now the last 5 years whenever the wife , kids and I want Chinese we have to drive 1/2 hour to get Pings . Really there is no eating at another Chinese place once you have one bite of their generous and delectable proportions . House made duck sauce and egg rolls are the best ever !“

“Wow I love this restaurant my Dad use to work here a very long time ago when Alex was the owner my dad name was Clarence he would bring home the rice with all the trimmings in it and the sweet rolls with the meat in it omg I loved it so much I will love to try this place out again haven’t had in over 20 years“

“First timer so we tried a few standards. General Tso, Almond Boneless chicken and beef and broccoli. All were very good. The vegetable egg rolls had something I couldn’t name but really liked! The large quantity of food is very good for the price.
They only accept cash.
It’s kind of hidden away so you need to be looking for it to find it.
No dining inside (only a few chairs, no tables). Very fast to cook food, so order, take it and go.“

“I’ve been coming here with my best friends for 18 years, and we always return due to the incredible taste of the food, in particular the Sesame Tofu. Everyone we’ve convinced to order it has said that it’s the best tofu they’ve ever had, and many of those who eat meat also end up ordering it also because of how delicious it is after they try it.
