My waiter, forgot his name, which I'm sorry, gave us so much attention, love, advice, patience and a beautiful smile, I can't compliment him enough. He's tall,slim,light skinned and bald. The waiter made my celebration special without knowing I was celebrating my birthday.I enjoyed my visit and lunch at PFChangs. “Well I'll tell you what! I just love Szechuan chicken! And the best that I've ever had was from a place that sold over to another owner and their food is good but the Szechuan isn't quite the same! So then I found Wing Hing and I'm a bit overjoyed because the way they make the Szechuan is almost identical to the Szechuan that I love from the place I mentioned (Golden City) Warren Michigan. So Wing Hing is in Troy at the southwest corner of Long lake road and dequindre road.

The portions are plenty and the price is also grade too!
There are some nice people let me tell you!
Tonight would be my second time enjoying it.

It's more of a carry-out as they only have like one table to sit at inside.
But the food is prepped and hot when you arrive or pick up.

“My family has been going to Hong Kong Cafe since it opened. What started as just a place to grab some food has turned into a family tradition. Karen and the rest of the staff at Hong Kong Cafe have been a part of nearly all of our family celebrations for the last 20 plus years. Even though my sister and I have moved out of state, no visit home to Shelby township would be complete without a meal at Hong Kong Cafe. Hong Kong Cafe did an excellent job catering our mother's funeral luncheon for over 150 people, as well as an amazing job hosting my father's rehearsal dinner years later.“

“The best Chinese in the state of Michigan . We used to live a couple of blocks down auburn rd and we would take out once a week. Now the last 5 years whenever the wife , kids and I want Chinese we have to drive 1/2 hour to get Pings . Really there is no eating at another Chinese place once you have one bite of their generous and delectable proportions . House made duck sauce and egg rolls are the best ever !“

“I use to live here and visited family recently and had to come here for chinese food! Their egg rolls are the best around with beansprouts inside and crispy outside. I like to use their in house hot mustard and plum sauce on the egg rolls no where else makes it like them. Aside from that my go to is the almond chicken and wonton soup.“

The large quantity of food is very good for the price.
They only accept cash.
It’s kind of hidden away so you need to be looking for it to find it.
No dining inside (only a few chairs, no tables). Very fast to cook food, so order, take it and go.“
