“I always go to this Biggby, it is convenient since it is by my house, plus they take the time to really get to know their customers and today it showed! My husband went to get Biggby this morning and even though he has been with me for years to order my drink...and it isn't hard...Frozen Neopolitain with no whip...my husband couldn't exactly remember! You got to love husbands, they try! However, as soon as the batrista saw my husband's Jeep he goes oh, no your wife normally gets espresso in it, we will make a new one! So shout out to you guys for saving my drink and my husband!!!and THANK YOU for knowing your customers!!! As always 10 out of a 10!!!“

“Drive through only. Very very slow. Bet I waited near 20 minutes for 2 coffees. But I do love some Michigan Made Bigby......in my opinion it's pricey but all coffee shops are now a days. All Bigbys give discounts if you are working and in your uniform. Always giving back and supporting community, so I love the company!“

“There's no better place I'd recommend for lunch in Battle Creek than Cafe Rica. It's never a bad day to stop in and get a rosti pollo quesadilla and a maple latte to have while enjoying the lively atmosphere, and catching up with old friends.or on classwork. Oh yeah, and they have the best (and freshest) cold brew that I've tasted. It's consistently smooth and refreshing, and you can tell that they really know what they're doing with their coffee. they have something special going on here.“
