“I had a great experience at Chick-fil-A! The chicken was incredibly fresh and full of flavor—crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. You can really tell they use quality ingredients. On top of that, the service was top-notch. Everyone was friendly, polite, and quick to help. It’s always refreshing to see a team that actually cares about customer service. This location definitely lived up to the Chick-fil-A reputation!“

“today was first day I was disappointed in them I need 8 apple pies they only had 7 ok so I said I would take 7 they wanted to charge me the price for 2 apple pies for the odd one out not my fault they did not have 8 they should have charged 50 cents since they where the ones that only had one so now not only one short I'm two short because I'm not paying a dollar for one when u get 2 for a dollar poor customer service today manager should have made executive decision and gave it up for 50 cents since they where the ones short I have done this many a times.😢“

“I always go through the drive through at like 4 in the morning the employees always are super kind and super nice. They make the food well, it's definitely one of the better taco bells in battle creek but then again I don't go to the other ones unless I'm not on my usual side of town. Bias is a strong influence I suppose.“

“I ordered a 2C. After waiting for my food to “get done cooking “ I get home to eat and my burger is RAW! I call up to make a complaint to be told to bring it back up or to HOLD ONTO MY FOOD EVEN IF ITS DAYS before I can get back up there or I don’t get a refund or have it replaced! How disgusting! I have to waste gas or hold onto food to get it replaced! What a joke!“

“Had a huge online order and when I arrived I was welcomed with a smile and the staff hard at work making sure everything was prepared correctly, packaged, and helped me take the bags out to the car. Thank you again Arby’s on Capital. You won Saturday night for my family ???“

“Weighted behind the car in front of me for almost 10 minutes. Whatever happened to can you please pull over to the side your order is taking a bit long.
Got my order home and the taco has maybe an ounce of meat in half an ounce of lettuce in it.“

“McDonald's on B drive North has been getting worse with its service times, their manager, she is totally rude to her staff and anyone who is a little slow at ordering through the app. I usually order ahead on the app then proceed to the drive thru I ordered ~25 mins ahead of time then drove there & my food still was not ready!“

“I recommend this store only because I have never had an issue with any of my orders. However........ It would be awesome if there was just a consistent protocol for those who order ONLY hot water. I don't want to pay almost $4 for 2 hot waters because you're charging me for tea that I didn't ask for. This seems to change depending on whose working. Just a few days ago, I was told I could just ask for hot water and not be charged because it's water. I honestly don't even mind paying for the water but when you order a large cold ice water, I think it's somewhere in the neighborhood of $1, maybe $1.25. Where I used to work, it was .25 because you were being charged for the cup. Why not do the same for the hot waters because charging $3.79 for 2 hot waters because it apparently HAS be rung up as 2 hot teas when I don't even want the tea is just highway robbery. I've used those POS computers. Menu item buttons can be added and removed.“

“Hadn't been here in over 30 years. The decor looked the same. Heard they are going through a remodel to be retro! I was actually glad for it to look the same as the last time I was there. Had a super waitress and my food was delicious!“

“It's a Taco Bell, however, the young man behind the counter was a complete joy! I think his name is Jeremy. A pleasure to watch interacting with customers, offering them drinks if they had to wait in a mobile order, apologizing if the food took a little bit, joshing around with the other 2 Jeremys that came in. He's going to go far!“

“I was just in the drive thru and I want to give props to everyone on the clock. A very angry customer was screaming and yelling unsure of what but there end they were so professional still made sure my care was amazing and as a service industry worker myself that's hard sometimes.“
