“I've worked there as well eaten there a number of times. My best friend left so there was an opening. Shawn was the server I replaced. Shawn was a awesome server she went above and beyond so I knew I had some big shoes to fill. One good thing for my advantage to is me and Shawn act a lot alike, walk alike so for a while I had to let customers know I'm hrt little sister. She is by far one of the best at what she does to make sure the guests left happy and most important they had an experience like no other. I modeled alot of her ways because being a waitress is just her title. Needless to say I had fun with the option to be her or me. Her passion goes deeper than serving a meal. It's her whole heart loving what she does best.“

“Yes Sarku is a mall food court quick stop, but for Japanese fare they are still much cheaper than the new Kume Hibachi-Steakhouse because you're not paying for the "show". To me, the food is much better as well because I could finish it and feel full unlike the competition across the street where I left still hungry because the food was so bad even the dog refused to eat the leftovers in the doggie bag.“
