“Always taken care of immediately, servers always happy to help and kind, cleared plates when you get up for your 2nd,3rd,4th,5th helping with no judgements on uneaten food left on plate. Korean steak is really great, Mongolian beef regular and spicy great! Ribs are great! Crab ragoon great! fried rice is good, taco bar is great, desserts are good especially the coffee cube cake bites with ice cream is delicious. My picky 12yr old son loves it! Mongolian Stir fry bar is pretty good! Salad bar is good! Definitely worth taking your hungry family for dinner“

“Amazing! Honestly my new favorite place! We were seated immediately; our server brought waters right away and was back within minutes for a drink/app order; and back again shortly after apps to take our dinner order. Food came super fast and it was delicious! We had a great time for my son's birthday!“

“My family eats here every time we visit downtown. They are kind to our daughter but the atmosphere is also great for a date. I have also dropped in for lunch between work meetings and the service is fast for a tight schedule. The Black Dragon roll is great!“

“The downtown market is one of Grand Rapid's main attractions. Who doesn't like a place where they can bring their friends and family all with different culinary tastes and everyone still finds something they love? The sushi market is a great stop! I highly recommend going around lunch hours to benefit from their specials where they have 2 and 3 roll combos at a great price. I also highly recommend getting any roll made into a sushi burrito. You can get their fanciest roll made into a sushi burrito, but all sushi burritos are about $16 out the door; this means you can get the price of a premium roll, fill up for a meal, and not break the bank. The service is always fast paced and sometimes they offer free tea and miso soup to their customers. You can't go wrong eating here.“

“Jaku has slowly climbed the ranks as my favorite sushi spot in West MI. Quite a few old-standbys in the area have unfortunately seemed to go downhill in terms of food quality and standards for what they serve, yet Jaku has been unwavering in its dedication to quality, flavor, and unique options.
It may be a little pricier than other restaurants with similar offerings, but the service and flavor has always been outstanding- not to mention that I've never been left hungry after one of their entrees..quite the opposite!“

“Been coming here since they had the old location and am a huge fan! Amazing food, I've tried a decent chunk of the menu and haven't been let down yet, I keep coming back for the bento boxes, crab rangoons, and the fried gyoza (with extra ponzu sauce). Super friendly staff and food is always out fast. Would recommend highly 👍🏽“

“Very fast delivery. Very friendly ordering and delivery staff! Portions were huge and cost was very inexpensive. Loved the reusable containers as well. Food was beyond delicious. I can honestly say the VERY BEST I've EVER HAD! I'd give a 100 stars if I could. Thank you so much for the AMAZING food! We will for sure get more. I'd make the 2hr trip down for this place!“

“I have a shellfish allergy! The staff here has went out of their way to make sure I can order sushi and I am not worried about getting cross contamination. They communicate with me and make me feel at ease. My first time having Sushi In 6 years and might I say it’s amazing!! Thank you Nagoya!“
