If the post theyre open 7am to 3pm and I walk in this place at2:59pm I get to sit down and eat! I've NEVER EVER heard them say,"well the kitchen is already closed and we close at 3pm. Try that at any other restaurant in town and see what happens“

“We had a birthday party here with about 30 people. Kim was so helpful and kind with the planning process. On the actually night, all our guests had delicious meals with fast service. Our waitresses were efficient and friendly the whole time. All the food is amazing. I've never had a bad meal here. This has become one of my favorite places to eat downtown. Go visit them, you won't be sorry! Fantastic food!“

We both ordered the sliders which were really good but the meal was made even more enjoyable because of the infectious attitude of our server, Marlene M. I wish there were more Marlenes in the world!! Btw, the BBQ beef slider was good but the pulled pork and brisket sliders were next level.“

“Oh my goodness. Received my Door Dash delivery and planned to just take a nibble and eat meal bit later. However one bite and I was hooked - game over. I had the lake perch, piece of catfish, spaghetti and okra. Everything was awesome - fish and okra fried to perfection, not too much breading and spaghetti very flavorful and full of meat - could be a meal in itself. I have been meaning to check this place out for some time. Now that I have I can't wait until my next time.“

“Food is almost always on point! Service is great! Personally I wish it was not so loud. The music is so loud that you aren’t able to hold a conversation with the family/friends you are sitting with. “Hidden Gem in Erie. Atmosphere reminds me of the UP. Food was outstanding. Location is joined with its own bakery and catering center. Fresh bread, made on location, makes the burgers delicious. Fries and chips are Homemade with a seasoning id pay good money to have. The crumble apple and cherry pie would make a southerner blush its so good and the cookies .... yum!“

“Good first time visit. Service was excellent and the atmosphere was really nice inside and had more of a restaurant vibe instead of a Bar so that was really nice. French Dip had a really good flavor and the BBQ Bacon Cheese Burger was cooked perfectly and was still juicy even though i said well done. The bun on the bugets and french dip held together nicely. Ribs where really flavorful and tender pulled the rib meet off with a fork. Pretzel bites and the deep fried cheese chunks where surprisingly good as where the nachos. Only complaint is the chicken we got was very dry and salad had only lettuce in it but besides it was a really nice first visit. Almost forgot get the homemade chips over the fries they are really tasty.“

“Always have had a good experience. Tonight, the worker went above and beyond. My dad was on the line and started slipping into a diabetic issue. His sugar was low. I ran inside and told the worker. I didn’t get a name, but she didn’t hesitate. She got my dad some gummy worms, and didn’t even think twice. We had to rush home, cause the issue was getting worse, but she really helped out, and you’ve earned customers for life! Sorry we had to leave, but this is our ice cream place! “Hands down, my favorite restaurant ever. You just can't go wrong with a Big Boy, with tarter sauce on it, and a side of crispy fries. I have ordered the same thing every time since I was a kid. If I see a Big Boy while out doing things, I make it a point to stop in for a bite. They never disappoint. The service is always fast and friendly, and the prices are right!

They only add minimal overall sales while lowering your sales/hour and hurt your labor since you have to keep your staff there and paid which cost more than the profit gained usually..... so I am very happy that when my 80yo grandmother wanted 4 quarts of Dairy Queen ice cream because all the others upset her stomach at the last half hour that not only did she get it but the staff was friendly and you would never have known they were just ready to go home after a long shift. “I order weekly from them from Door Dash. This week the order was wrong. I got a chicken schwarma sandwhich, fries, and diet coke. I recieved a beef schwarma sandwhich, fries, and no drink. I called them and the lady was very friendly. She was very apologetic and no questions asked made it correct.

The food are large portions and the prices are cheaper than other meditteranean places in the area. The food is tastes great. Customer services is a 10/10.
