The right seasoning to meat to vegetable to cheese to bread ratio. The bread had a nice crunch yet softness to it; no complaints whatsoever. I also added jalapeños and they set the sandwich off! “This was my first time to this location, and my first time to Capt'n Nemo's in many years. I grew up eating at the downtown Romulus location and this location kept that nostalgic feeling. The subs were delicious. I saw many reviews stating about the size of these subs and I feel as though they are plenty large enough. We will be back again.“

She always has a positive attitude, is VERY efficient (even when short staffed), and even goes out her way to try and memorize the orders of her regular customers. She definitely sets a high standard for customer service across all Subway locations.“

“I go to this location every so often and generally they’re okay. The last couple visits they have messed up my order and unfortunately I haven’t returned since. They forgot the cheese in my sandwich both times. I did not call because going back to correct the order was not worth my time. Very disappointing though, the sandwich did not taste the same.“

“I stopped in last night to get my pregnant wife the spicy Italian sub she was craving. As I walked into a super clean Subway, I was greeted with a smile from the young lady behind the counter. After that I was greeted by the young man that was also working there. He sparked up a conversation with me, quick with a joke to light up your smoke kind of guy. They both made it a fun experience to get Subway, how often can you say that. If we're back in that area where the subway is again I will definitely stop by to get food and hopefully those two are working. I didn't catch his or her name but I hope management treats them right!“
