“Five stars! We ended a week of camping with a vehicle delay on our way home and stopped for lunch at Big Bob’s while my husband took the truck to get fixed. First of all, the food was amazing (our son said the deep dish was better than Giordano’s). But more importantly, Rob and his staff took were beyond hospitable to our 3 kids and I as we spent the next 5 hours utilizing their Uno cards, Connect Four and enjoying their complementary popcorn. If you’re ever in the Grand Rapids area we highly recommend giving them a try. We’ll definitely be back next time we come through Grand Rapids.“

This is by far the best restaurant in the Grand Rapids area: we ordered the 5 course Chef's menu and each had something different from appetizers through desserts so we could taste all. “I ordered the other night and the delivery driver brought a regular instead of a diet. He offered to run to a gas station to change it. I used to do deliveries so I get it. Not gonna get you out of pocket, my guy. Easy mistake to make. The pizza here is very good. The homemade ranch is also awesome. From the second we walked in, the energy was fantastic. Let’s start with the food, because it completely lived up to the hype. Those legendary Cosmik Fries are worth every bit of praise they get; that signature cracked pepper seasoning paired with the warm cheese sauce is pure perfection. “Ordered a deluxe pizza to go, 30 minute drive home, then mowed the grass for 90 minutes then finally had a slice of pizza at room temperature.. I feel it is the the best pizza I’ve ever had! I can’t imagine how incredible it would’ve been directly out of the wood-fired pizza oven. It has been at least 8 years since I’ve been to Marinades, I think I’ll be there again in the next 8 days!!!!!!! The service was OUTSTANDING!!!! I repeat THE BEST PIZZA I HAVE EVER HAD!!!!! “The pizza is always great here. I love a crispy brick oven pizza. So, this time I decided to try something different. I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs for dining in, and the grilled chicken sliders and a regular kids’ cheese pizza to go. The spaghetti was perhaps just a difference of preference for taste. To me the sauce was too sweet and thin/watery. There also was no shaved Parmesan or basil, which the menu says are part of the dish. So, pasta portion was just really lacking in any flavor. However, the meatballs have amazing flavor! I’d eat them every day. The grilled chicken sliders were extremely disappointing. They each had maybe a bite and a half of chicken in a small strip. As you can see from the picture, one really had less than a bite. The sauce that was supposed to be on the sandwiches was missing. Just disappointing overall. The service was great, the restaurant is clean and comfortable, drinks were nice, and the pizza did not disappoint as per usual. I’ll stick to the pizza, cheese bread and bruschetta moving forward…they’re always great!“

“You can buy pizza by the slice here. The pizza is thin crust. You can get veggie or meat pizza slices. Their pizza is excellent. The people are friendly. Prices are reasonable. You can buy one slice or you can buy the whole pizza. Is this the best pizza in town? For me, the answer is yes.“

They did mess up my pizza once, but instead of arguing or trying to place blame on someone else, they took ownership of the mishap and gave me choices on how I wanted it made right. “It was a little cold in there but besides that the pizza was delicious, crust is soft and Crispy at the same time . The sauce is sweet with some acidity not too much.
The cheese is 100% real mozzarella, mini pepporni is a plus .
Cocktail selection is pretty decent, not too expensive.
Overall very great experience, very popular with college crowds . Lots of room for large parties !“

“We order Jets very regularly at our office. So about 15 minutes ago I ordered tomorrow’s office lunch from Jet's Pizza Forest Hills location. About 14 minutes ago, I got a call from a GR number and ignored it .... because ROBO CALLS all the time..... I got a voicemail from James @ Jet’s trying to determine if my order was for tonight (since I forgot to change delivery time to tomorrow 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️) or for tomorrow. In his voicemail he mentioned that since we usually order on Mondays, he’s going to assume it’s for tomorrow unless I call back. How many companies would go through that trouble??? Or even remember their regular clients?? I’m impressed. 👏🏼👏🏼“
