“I ordered through the online app, a driver accepted the order and then refused to pick it up telling me they said they were out of chicken. I called and spoke with Andrea and she assured me that was not the case and she did not see my order. She took my order again and had it ready for me when I had to come through the drive thru now only 10 minutes away from their closing time. She was so kind and helpful, it was refreshing.“

“Slow service but that's because they're understaffed. Stop being greedy, u need more than 2-3 ppl to run a kfc during dinner time! Seriously! For as much as you charge, and i know how much that food is marked up too. I used to manage a kfc. I know at the time you paid 39 cents for a breast that you sold for $2.99!
Now stop being greedy, pay your employees better, and get it staffed right.

“We ordered 150 pieces of chicken for a pot luck at work. I arrived a few minutes early, as the chicken was still in the fryer. Pam was so nice, and I waited in the car for a few minutes while it was finishing. She brought the entire order wrapped beautifully in pans out to my car, finished exactly on time! The chicken was absolutely delicious…so fresh and so good!❤️“
