“We don't have a local Long John Silver's in our hometown. We were up north at our property on the 4th of July and decided we didn't want to cook due to my hand being injured. So, we decided to eat out something fast, and somewhere we haven't been in a while. This was the place! We used the drive-thru. The lady at the window was extremely nice. She was also the one who brought out our food to my truck. She didn't miss a beat. The food was good and as I mentioned the service was also good.

“The drive thru order speaker is funky since the baseball bat must have done some damage, looks like it happened a long time ago.
Straighten the oder out at the window, gen z still needs to work on socializing but worked out correctly.
Recived our order- loaded Italian lacked tomato and red onions of any decent quality and then the shredded lettuce covered in mayo didn't help the flat soggy bun.. nice cut in half which made it easy to get rid of half of it in the hiding trash can.
Classic cheddar were so so, I was told but I did notice the beef looked brown but I guess that's what fresh beef looks like.
Overall, its just a basic assembly line Arby's, I really like the turkey bacon I got in Grandville and the building was perfect.
3 stars is average. We've driven past this Arby's and might use again but today it was just off.

“Taco Bell in Big Rapids did a very good job the other day, they were super busy and some customers were being rude to the workers, in the drive thru! The young guys working the window handled it amazing then went on to serve everyone in the drive thru with smiles and very fast as well! You guys rock thanks for serving Big Rapid's!“

“Last night I was picked up by Austin from mile number 150 and 131 N. The service that I got from him was phenomenal. His service was extremely quick, helpful friendly and went way beyond what I would have expected. Give that man a good raise he certainly deserves it“

“I actually prefer going inside to eat here with the kids so they can play on the slides. Not to mention their front counter employees are usually much more polite than at most fast food restaurants and don't try to ignore/avoid you if you go up to the counter needing service like they do at the McDonald's in this town. Definitely a good environment for young kids and they don't make you feel like you can't let your kids be kids here like a lot of places.“
