“The food was amazing! It was our first time and we loved it. The service needs a lot of work. There was a line but it moved fast and we were quick to place our order. It took 40 minutes to receive the food after ordering. Everyone else was receiving their food after a reasonable wait time except me and the couple that ordered right after us. I had to ask at the 30 min mark and then finally received it at 40 min. We ordered to eat in but received it all in a take out bag. We ordered a #1 (received a #1 but charged a #2 on the receipt) a #3 ( but only received 1 slider, tender was missing) and a #4 (but received and extra slider). We made it work since we got the total # of chickens that we asked for and could not wait any longer for them to correct it. The dining room is a mess! We were there for well over an hour and not once did anyone come out to wipe down tables as diners were leaving. Everyone that came in had to sit at a dirty table if they wanted to dine in. An employee, in uniform, was eating at the far back right corner table during dinner rush ( Friday night 5:30). When the employee finished they also did not wipe down the table and left it dirty for the next diner. The overall service is unimpressive for a location that just recently opened (Cicero, NY). We will go back because the food was fabulous but we will not be dining in and will definitely check our order before leaving.“

We needed a large last minute catering order due to another local store not having our order when we went to pick it up and family was arriving in minutes for our sons first birthday party! Sarokis staff was so friendly, accommodating and provided excellent food! Our 50 piece order ready very quickly! We had compliments from everyone at the party on the chicken, we will definitely be back and recommend to all!“

“During my stay in Detroit, I had most of my dinners at this place. Very flavourful grilled chicken with hot and garlic sauce, served with various side options i.e. rice, fries, bread etc. Their burgers and pita rolls were great too. Probably one of the best peri peri chickens I had lately. Staff is very nice and efficient. Ambience is cozy and relaxing. Plenty of parking space available outside.

“This place is fire I have no clue who made, this chicken but they know what there doing the last time I had this chicken it was juicy and bursted with flavor. The lemon pepper powder on the fries and chicken gives it a nice kick the ranch they can either provide you with or you ask for it gose bomb with this chicken I'd recommend this place 100% Goodluck. since this will knock you out with flavor!“

“The shrimp, okra, and jalapeno poppers were delicious. The fried green tomatoes were pretty tasteless and you only get 3 to an order. The fries were ok just plain. The red beans and rice were absolutely horrible and would not recommend ordering. I was expecting some different sauces as well. The ones they gave me were just ok.“

“The food at KFC is very yummy. I even went there today! I get chicken tenders, French fries, Mac & cheese, mashed potatoes, and corn. My brother there gets everything I get, but he gets something I don’t get—a biscuit which he thinks is very yummy! My favorite foods there is the chicken tenders, mac & cheese, and I really really love the French fries there. I also have KFC Barbecue Sauce in my fridge from the first time I got KFC which was ordered to my house from DoorDash which was on July 27, 2024. “It has been a long time since I went to a fast food restaurant drive-through, and I give this establishment 10 stars from the time I pulled up the young lady greeted me with a smile and said hello. Her demeanor was so pleasant and friendly and once I reach the young man to pay for my order, same exact attitude, wonderful, and even informed me because I had my fur baby with me that this Chick-fil-A had pet treats once I arrived up at the window. The gentleman spoke and passed my order and told me to have a good day by that time. The young man that I had paid came up, went inside and gave me the dog treat this attitude and demeanor should be done at all restaurants. I highly recommend this Chick-fil-A and Southfield and you all keep up the good work thank you. and the drive-through was quick. I did not sit long once again thank you for a wonderful experience.“
