“I think these smoothies are too sugary, but I do love their food—wraps, bowls—good options. The service is generally pretty quick. Parking is on the street or in the nearby parking lot. They allow you to pull into the back alley if you order online and they will bring it out to you, which is super nice. The space is small and pretty loud honestly, so I generally take it to the nearby park. I’ve been many times and it is good for food.“

However, dear business owner, I am not impressed with the 2 young ladies running your shop as I write this review. I placed my order online and received an auto responder telling me that my two juices would be ready in 20 minutes. A fairly long wait but I ran another errand and arrived at your store 25 minutes later to pick up my order. The two young ladies who were sitting around with no customers in the store had not even noticed that an order had been placed. So, I had to wait even longer while they prepared my order. They were reasonably efficient at making my juices. Nonetheless, it was not the quick in-and-out experience that one would hope for.“

“Urge Raw Juice has quality and freshness that I just can’t find anywhere else. The preparation of the Smoothie/Juice has a quality that you would have at home, but it’s on the go. The staff, Ismet, Jru & Jru always remember frequent customers and take care of you like you’re their family. This is my favorite Natural Juice/Smoothie Bar in Michigan. “I was having issues with low iron, and that beet juice kept me going. I love the watermelon it was so refreshing on a hot summer day. Also the mean green will get you right and cleanse that colon.“

“Where im from, there’s a smoothie bowl place on every corner so it’s been hard for me to find one here that’s as good as home. Well this one hit the spot.

The service was spectacular at at no other place have I found have you been able to mix the bases. Personally I love the coconut with the açaí but here they had banana, so of course I tried that and it was spectacular.

Prices are pretty reasonable and for the bowls, you get a decent amount and it thaws just as good for left overs.

10/10 will be my new stop for an after work smoothie“

“Food is pretty cool, service usually is on point…. Staff is pretty cool, with the exception of the little middle eastern chic, rarely do i see her without an attitude, just comes off incredibly childish IMO.

Outside of that, usually mines and others that we have recommended this cafe too, usually mess with it… the steak bowl (forgot the name of it) never falls short of amazing. Not to over hype

“I had a terrible experience with ordering on the app and being delivered by DoorDash. Long story short, the staff at the royal oak location went above and beyond to get me my food! They offered to refund me and remake my food, but the manager Kurtis was exceptional and offered to personally deliver my food to me while working at the hospital! He did not have to do that, he wouldn’t even accept a tip! They remade my food and smoothie to ensure it was fresh! It wasn’t their fault at all that DoorDash dropped the ball. The consumer service here was Amazing! Elliot was patient and kind and very helpful as well!“

I would have to drive all the way up to the store and back for a refund. Seriously. What kind of service is that? I have missing food, you should be able to refund seeing I placed the order with you. That's not good service. It should not be this difficult for a $7 item or whatever it was.“
