“I don’t usually leave long reviews, but Crumbl honestly deserves one. I stopped in pretty randomly, just planning to grab a couple cookies… and ended up walking out with a whole box because everything looked way too good to pass up.

First impressions: the store was spotless. You can actually see the team mixing dough, scooping, and baking everything right there. It feels more like a bakery than a chain. The staff greeted me right away, didn’t rush me, and even gave me honest opinions on which cookies were actually their favorites instead of just upselling. That alone made the experience feel more genuine.

Now the cookies—unreal. I don’t know what kind of magic they use, but these things are huge, warm, and soft in the middle without being raw. I tried the classic chocolate chip first just to get a baseline, and it might honestly be the best chocolate chip cookie I’ve had from any bakery. Perfect balance of crispy edges and a gooey center.

Then I tried the weekly specials, and that’s where they really hooked me. Every flavor actually tastes like what it’s supposed to taste like. The textures, the toppings, the fillings—nothing feels lazy or thrown together. You can tell they put real effort into each recipe, and the presentation is ridiculous. These things look like they belong on a commercial.

Price-wise, yeah, they’re a little more expensive than regular cookies, but these aren’t regular cookies. One is basically a dessert all by itself, and the quality backs it up. I don’t mind paying for something that actually tastes like premium ingredients were used.

Overall, Crumbl surprised me. I thought it was just hype, but I get it now. Great service, great atmosphere, and honestly some of the best cookies I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be back—probably more often than I should.”

“I AM SO BEYOND THRILLED TO LEAVE THIS REVIEW!!!! I've seen many post to try Bloomfield Bakeshop for cupcakes 🧁 I heard they offered vegan which is what I went there for as a gift. I'm not vegan but everything looked so amazing I had to get some for our house as well. The one that really intrigued me was the cranberry orange seasonal cupcake which was in fact vegan. I ordered 6 vegan as a gift and 6 mixed vegan and non vegan for my own household. One was even gluten free. I'm extremely picky when it comes to cupcakes. So many popular shops in the area imo are overly sweet/awful and I never understand how they stay in business. But THESE? Omg.... clearly made with top quality ingredients. And so much love goes into them! I'm absolutely going back to buy more. As a family we shared them all so we could all test different flavors and they were all exceptional. You could not tell the vegan and gluten free were not made with traditional cupcake ingredients. Honestly, the vegan cranberry orange was my favorite. It was a tough choice though, because all were wonderful. It makes me so happy to support this wonderful business. They were so helpful with carrying the cupcakes to my car because I'm injured currently and couldn't hold onto the boxes. Please support this wonderful bakery. They deserve your support. Delicious, high quality, so friendly, and offer a wonderful variety for all.”

“If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and stop in! They have pies with flavors for everyone, sweet and savory, plus other goodies. We pre-order our holiday pies from here every year and pickup is always a breeze. We'll return soon, probably this week. :)”

“Evening started nice table nicely decorated for our occasion/Anniversary excellent greeter/hostess then.... Was served uncooked chicken and management tried to convince me otherwise that blood and red bones are common when eating amish chicken. In my 40+yrs of living and with a parent who grew up and raised chickens on a farm have I ever known chicken to be edible rare. Who would risk getting salmonella....And spoke to as if I wasn't knowledgeable of cooked chicken...cooked amish chicken. Absurd! Waiting for refund to be granted”

“It's Costco so there's always a shopping atmosphere. Food is tasty but the ordering system is geared toward kiosk purchases, as it usually takes a few minutes to get an employee to the register for cash purchases. Also, there was an issue with the the food bags which some food items were contained in. It appears it's been addressed by offering foil wrapping in place to the parchment type paper”

“The food? Amazing. I have always loved Einstein bagels. However, I have to say, the young woman working the order register needs to improve her customer service skills. When I walked in, she was chatting with another young woman who was working there. As I approached the register, she turned her back on me rather than greet me. When she turned around she still said nothing to me. When the manager asked her why she was having a conversation instead of assisting me, she said,"she's looking at the menu!" I was looking at the menu because she was obviously too busy to ask me if I needed assistance.”

“I went here when my daughter had a volleyball tournament nearby. I didn’t have very high expectations based on the exterior but The food was much better than I expected and the Service was kind. The atmosphere was a little rundown and not that many customers were there. It seemed like they had more carryout business than in house dining. It was enjoyable.”
