“HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We've had many good personal dining experiences with the Dixie Diner, so when we needed 150 piece chicken order for Mother's Day, and I knew they had chicken "buckets" on the menu, I gave them a call. We had a dilemma, though. Several of the mothers wanted non-breaded chicken, rather than the amazing broasted chicken Dixie Diner is known for (if you haven't tried it yet, it's a must do!). Long story short, Dixie Diner agreed to make 50 pieces of baked chicken - and it's not even on the menu! The ladies were blown away. We got so many compliments on it, I had to try it personally. It was absolutely delicious! Juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked! Calling it amazing doesn't do it justice. HIGHEST compliments to the chef! On top of that, the service was top notch. The waitress cheerfully helped me carry five trays of piping hot chicken clear to the opposite side of the parking lot without a single complaint, and still smiling when we got there. I wish I would have gotten her name so I could thank her personally. Needless to say, this is our new go-to for our special events! Thank you SO MUCH, Dixie Diner, for making all of our Mothers feel so special. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!“

“The Orion Grill has become a positive addition to our neighborhood. The. chefs are far above other places near us. There is no place better for miles around for breakfast. Outdoor eating is a treat. “Very busy at the breakfast/lunch cusp ~11:30. Full lot, but seats available. Coffee is piping hot, good w/o cream or sugar. Soup was hot, benefited from crackers (salted). Green beans were well seasoned and tasty. Cod was dry and overcooked. Replaced with Greek salad with chicken. Salad was crisp and delicious. Dressing was good. Chicken also seemed overcooked. Better safe than sorry? Music was moderately loud and the crowd chatter was acoustically distracting. I would order the salad again.“

“I ask for a Greek salad and just got lettuce and three pieces of cucumber and it was wet, my sister ordered a Mediterranean salad and she got a big piece of feta cheese that was big enough for five people, we ordered the Italian wedding soup and it was green, it all wasn't worth $66.00“

“First time diner and it was a great experience. The Huevos Rancheros was fantastic. It had so many good ingredients, but the best was fresh Chorizo. You could be in Mexican Town. Also, the homemade chicken soup is just like Mom used to make. Staff was friendly and attentive. I will be back.“
