“Just wanted to commend the team at Taco Bell. My order from drive through was missing one item. When I realized the error, I came in and let them know. They gave me a coupon for their error as well as giving me the item that was missed.

Additionally, the food, was hot and fresh, and probably the best Taco Bell I've had in a long time.

“We used Wella’s Kitchen this past weekend for a birthday/retirement party. They were super friendly, and the food & service was incredible. The chefs were incredibly professional, and made hosting our event so much easier-they handle everything from their set up, cooking, serving and cleanup. The food was absolutely delicious and everyone was loving it! It was fresh, and the flavors were perfect. Definitely will book again in the future!“

“I go here all the time. Great food, fair prices, and staff is always friendly. Theyre great with not messing up special orders too, I often request certain toppings to be removed and they have yet to mess up any of my orders. They’re also very fast with pick-up orders.“

“My friend kept telling me that T&T has the best menudo, I had never had it before, I was scrolling my Facebook site and ran across T&T's add for a weekend buffet so I went on Sunday the place is nice and authentic the buffet was extremely well maintained they do a great job with a warming table someone came out of the kitchen every few minutes to check and clean it. It was one of the best kept warming tables I have seen , the food was authentic and flavorful, no tex-mex here. I was hoping they had their menudo on it but it wasn't there so I ordered a pint to go, I tried later that evening, it was very nice and flavorful, I like it. The waitress was on it she knows how to treat people right and was very attentive, I'll go back often for sure.“

This was actually our second stop at a Taco Bell after having such terrible service at the Taco Bell on Vienna Rd (look the review I left for them) lazy employee (young female) there.
Anyway this Birch Run Taco Bell 🔔 is definitely deserving of this
5 star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ review! I asked “Do we have to use the kiosk to order, or can you take our order at the counter?” The young lady here was happy to help us… She replied: “No, you don’t have the kiosk, I can take care of you!” As she pointed to the counter! 😁😁 Needless to say we’re very happy to be greeted by such a great employee as her “Eve”! It’s so nice to know THERE ARE YOUNG PEOPLE WHO HAVE COMMON SENSE and GREAT WORK ETHIC and treat their customers the way we’re supposed to be treated! They actually had our food out before we could finish filling our drink cups.
Thank you, and thanks to ALL THE STAFF there this evening. It took her all of a minute, minute and a half tops to take our order! We enjoyed our meal, the place was clean! ❣️❤️Kudos to you all! I highly recommend this location❣️❤️“
