“This place was surprisingly great little find on a road trip. We got hungry around Saginaw and planned to go elsewhere but Alejandro's was open and we're super glad! The food was good and plentiful. My husband had a lingua taco and that was the best I've had.“
“Just had lunch there today ! Was celebrating my sister in law's birthday. While I waited for her. The lady waitress came up to the table.Didn't introduce herself, slammed the chips and salsa down asked if I'd like anything to drink while I was waiting? I replied yes I'll have a lemon lime frozen margarita! She then rolled her eyes and said don't you just mean lime ?I smiled and said yes. She never brought my drink!Next thing I can see her with her coat on clocking out !She never told any of the servers to take over the table..Thank God for MANNY!!He took great care of us..The food was great, and the margarita too !!!“
“I had a business meeting in Saginaw from Lansing and decided at the last minute to grab some baked goods to share. Google maps gave me some choices of stops along the way, and Maria Elena's grabbed my attention. I am so glad I stopped! These goodies were so tasty!! She had four different flavors of empanadas ❤️ and the cookies were amazing. Everything was very affordable. I will stop again.“
“Great place to get Mexican fare. The food always tastes good. Had their wet burrito a couple days ago. The beans and rice were okay, but the burrito was great, and my wife loves their deep-fried tacos. They don't offer dine-in, but that doesn't seem to affect their business.“
“So happy they filled the old willow tree restaurant space. Beautifully decorated and vibrant atmosphere. The food was flavorful and delicious. Joesph our server was very friendly and on point with everything. We will definitely be back. Lunch for two with appetizer was about $30 before tip.“
“Okay, the food good, but they need to work on corn chips that's all I can say to corn chips. What kind of off and I don't eat Doritos cause I don't eat pork so that's a big problem for me. Other than that, the food tastes great.“
“We love the puffy tacos, crunchy tacos and chicken burrito. In my opinion, the best tacos in Saginaw. We have been eating here once a week since we discovered this place. Everything is fresh, homemade, and very flavorful. 100% highly recommend.“
“5* For the food ~ Authentic and prepared fresh5* For the service ~ Quick and Accurate5* For the Atmosphere, You get to visit with Santos :) We ordered, Tamales, Tacos, Burrito's, Tostada's and Menudo ~ This family owned the little corner stores when I was growing up. They are the nicest people you could hope to meet. I am so happy that I was able to visit with him while waiting for my order. Don't hesitate to give them a try ~“
“Amazing food and you get a ton for the price, super nice people running the truck. Usually see them parked around on my way to work so don't have time to stop, but every night I get out early enough to stop afterwords is gonna be a great “
“The Best Menudo in Saginaw and Freeland!!! I have tried them ALL. Unfortunately I don't have photos ( because I ate it ALL). But when I tell you their Menudo takes me to my happy place!!! I love it!! Chef's Kiss ?!!! Must squeeze the Lemon ? in it for full Flavor or you missing out. The Citrus just brings everything together!!!! I have had just about everything on the menu and this is my go to Mexican Restaurant!! Oh and the Cupcakes are Awesome ?“
“The location on East Holland is perfect. Right off Exit 149. Burrito & tacos are really good and the service is great! The only negative is the foot path. I feel it's pretty much DEAD because of former Pandemic precautions. I think they need to have specials such as TACO TUESDAY'S, KIDS DAY, BUSINESS COMPETITION DAY, or $5.00 Fridays- ijs“
