“I don't understand the negative reviews for this place. My husband and I decided to try it out on our personal time after our work place, Cook Nuclear, got pizza for the night shift and after a co worker suggested some meals for us. We went at 9:00 pm and ordered a 12 inch pizza, 2 half philly cheesesteaks and an order of mozz sticks. The price came out to around $50, which is a tad pricey, but given that this is a family-owned small business, I'll take that any day over Pizza Hut or Domino's. The pizza was fresh and so aesthetically pleasing to look at. The mozz sticks were so fresh and the cheese pull was insane and the amount of sauce they give you is so amazing compared to what other pizza places give you. The sandwiches were amazing and the amount of meat in it was satisfying. The service was amazing as well, the miss who took our order was sweet and offered us menus to look at to order and the wait time was around 30 minutes which isn't bad at all given that everything is made when you order. 10/10, definitely will eat here again.“

“The staff is always polite. They keep the store clean. The gentleman in the kitchen, late afternoon, both on Wednesday and Saturday, making pizzas this past week, he’s doing a great job! I’ve ordered carryout pizza twice this week and he’s in the kitchen working hard and efficient and kind when I pick up my order. Everything has been delicious and perfect! Thank you to him and all the staff!“

“This was our first visit to the Staymaker, which is the restaurant within the Journeyman Distillery. We are visiting from Chicago and this was recommended and we were not disappointed! Everything was really excellent! From our charming and attentive server Hailey, to the amazing smoked trout spread app to the Trout entree and the brisket meatloaf. It was all so delicious! We will be back!“

“We were really sad to loose Truffles bakery in Michigan City Indiana, but this weekend my husband surprised me with a cake from the Flour shop bakery and OMG... IT WAS SO GOOD!! Similar to Truffles but in my opinion a little better. So happy he found you!!“

“I LOVE Benton Harbor Pizza Hut. Im a regular customer and the food is always good and fresh, restaurant very clean, and they have pleasant, welcoming, and patient staff! I never have to wait long periods of time for my food, it’s always ready within the time period I’m told. You can tell the staff cares about good customer service.“

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Pizza Hut in St. Joseph, Michigan, and it was a remarkable experience. It had been years since my last visit, and I was pleasantly surprised by the improvements in both the food and service!
The food was quite enjoyable! While the pizza was consistently good, I must say the wings were exceptional! Initially, I had some reservations about the price, but those wings turned out to be worth every penny. They were a hit with both adults and children alike.
The service also stood out. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made for a pleasant dining atmosphere. I truly appreciated their kindness throughout my visit.
Atmosphere: As for the ambiance, it was just what I needed. The restaurant maintained a quiet and clean environment, complemented by nice decor. A clean restaurant is always a plus in my book!
Overall, my time at Pizza Hut was fantastic! Finding a dine-in Pizza Hut is becoming a rarity, but this visit reminded me just how enjoyable dining out can be. The food certainly tasted better than a meal at home!
Vegetarian options: There were a few vegetarian options available.
Parking: Plenty of parking in the free parking lot.
Kid-friendliness: Very kid-friendly!
Wheelchair accessibility: Nice size restaurant for wheelchair accessibility.“
“We went today as a family and had fun! The only complaint I have is we did 3 games and all had shoes and it was 86$..that is fine and I’m not complaining about that. What I wish would have happened is the employee would have mentioned the package deals they had for groups. Could have saved us 30$. The deals are on the screen above the counter but not in view when you are paying and not visible to us until we went to bowl. I did go up and ask and they said since we bowled first frame, they would not refund us. Just a little disappointing.“

“The manager is super friendly, the food is fast and hot and the prices are reasonable. No restaurant will appease everyone all the time and this place is making a positive turn around. Hopefully with the new management, things will be even better. The employees work hard and they stay open super late. Kudos to all of the managers that work so hard to keep the place running smoothly. The wings and BBQ chicken pizza are especially delicious. We will be back:)“

“I ordered a pizza for pick-up from the hotel that was a couple blocks away. They had it ready by the time I was able to get in my car and drive there (5 minutes!) It could have used a few more mushrooms as I ordered extra, but otherwise it was phenomenal service.“

“So happy they offer a gluten free crust. The person who took my order over the phone was so friendly even though they were super busy. They were kind enough to leave the cheese off for me. And the delivery person was also friendly and it was fast! Delicious pizza too!“
