“It may seem like a dive bar inside, but it's a clean one and everyone is having a great time. It's good for kids and adults alike, the beer list is great. And the food is always impressively good.Kid-friendliness: It is definitely a bar and grill and it looks like it's for adults, but they are very kid friendly and they have coloring sheets and crayons.Wheelchair accessibility: Good handicap parking and flat path to enter. Movable tables can accommodate wheelchairs, people with mobility issues or large people.“

“Recommend! The only bar to need to go to in downtown Wyandotte! Drinks are always great, well mixed and made, and always quick even with a crowded night with a wait out the door. Service is phenomenal, no bar I’ve been to compares to the friendliness, chill vibes and personable experience you get from Grand Dad’s waiters/bartenders. Brittney is usually our waitress and we all love her, great part of the team! The owners always seem present when we visit and they are always, always helping out (cleaning tables, helping at bar, running food, etc), that is awesome. “My first time going inside of Mr. K's Saloon. And it was a nice atmosphere everyone vibed amicably. My drink was perfect and the Stella Artois beer was ice cold. And it was fresh most patrons don't know that beer have a shelf life. I can't speak on the food because I had just left from dinner. The bar tender was nice and attentive. Will I go back certainly if I am in the down river area.“

“Easily one of the best places to eat in DTW. Burgers was great. Garlic Fries: awesome. Beer: cold. The staff, Melissa and Shannon, were very welcoming and fun to talk with. Both Melissa and Shannon were very knowledgeable about the menu and directed me to exactly what I needed. They also gave me some great recommendations for places to visit in Detroit! “I went to The Speedboat last night with my sister. We had a wonderful time. It was karaoke night, and the host was happy to play almost every request that we had. There was one song I wanted that was not in his catalog, but I found something else that I could sing. I hope to go there again one day.we wanted to try appetizers, but we arrived too late, and the kitchen was closed. If you're looking for a fun place to spend a Saturday night, this is it!“

“My senior group went here for lunch. There were 24 of us and a reservation had been made but somehow it got misplaced.There was only one bartender-waitress and one cook.Our server Susan was awesome, she never lost her cool, she had a smile and jokes for everyone even though she got slammed.We will return.“

“Sit and be served! I ordered the medium rare Cajun burger, cooked to perfection. The French Onion Soup my partner ordered was so flavorful, I'm pretty sure I ate half of it. I've been searching for this perfectly crafted French Onion! Quiet Monday evening atmosphere, filled with regulars, good music, and a great staff. “Great, lively atmosphere with good food and drinks. Service was a little slow, but that could've have been just our waitress. They have a bar and a dance floor on the second floor but was completely empty on a Saturday night, maybe because it's only April and it was 40 degrees out. Overall a great place.“

“Went mid day after a dr appointment. Have passed by many times and decided to stop in. Was oddly busy for the time of day but I see that as a good sign. The place is a bit old but has great character and reminded me of my younger years. Service was quick and the burger was good.“

“The food is good and reasonably priced. It's a nice bar with a quiet section with tables to dine at. The hamburgers are very good and the crack fries are delicious.Wheelchair accessibility: It's very easy to get in the door and maneuver around the tables and bar but the bathroom is definitely not accessible. There's barely enough room for a mobile person to get into the stall a walker won't fit and a wheelchair is a definite no-go.“

“Stopped in for Taco Tuesday. Sat at the bar and was greeted by Nicole. She explained the taco specials ($1.99 tacos and $3.99 taco salad). I ordered 3 beef tacos and my wife ordered the taco salad.My tacos were so full and tasty that I was full after the 3 I ordered. My wires taco salad was also filling according to her. The clientele were very friendly.I would highly recommend this place. We will be returning next Tuesday for more great tacos!“
