“Not what I'm used to. The sandwich was skimpy, not much meat or cheese or anything really. Plenty of bread though. Very disappointed and I have never felt like that with Big John. Jersey Mike's is hot on your tail Big John. This is not the time to start slacking.“

Excellent food. Got the 18” super steak with mushroom and onion. Get extra cheese, salt you wont regret it. Wife had veggie sub. Grille veggies can be hit or miss. Only regret is not getting the 18”, because she said it was the best veggie sub she’s ever had. 10/10. We were visiting from Iowa and can’t wait to eat there 4-5 times when we’re back in December.

Also, employees working were super friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately the area is not the best and more than once I've been approached in the parking lot by people asking for food or money. This visit was no exception, and when I told the person at the window they just apologized and went upon their business.“

“I will say that I have never left a review with a restaurant before, but after the dining experience that my wife and I had we both agreed we would leave one. We went there for the Valentine dinner for two and we were absolutely satisfied with the quality, the presentation, and the taste of our meals everything was served hot and cooked to perfection. The flavors that the chef prepared for each of our meals were amazing. Every course we had was perfectly paired with the wine that they suggested as well. We would highly recommend this place for a date night or just a night out with friends. It is a hidden gem inside the gateway center.“

“It had been a while since going to Lucky's. But I recently went after church Sunday and so glad I did. When I arrived it was nice to see a fresh paint job on the outside, new flooring in the dining room and foyer. I'm sure they are still updating but I was happy for what I saw. They even had a feature menu. We tried medallion beef Tips in a bowl of mashed potatoes topped with bourbon sauce and scallions. I also had my favorite, glazed Brussel sprouts. It was delicious reasonably priced and had enough for later. We didn't get dessert this time but usually get key lime pie, chocolate cake or carrot cake.

This place is kid friendly and wheelchair accessible. Also had several TV monitors in the dining room and a separate sports bar. Can't wait to go back.

“I ended up coming here twice yesterday. The first time was about 2:00 p.m. I got a late lunch for me and my girlfriend I got a steak and mushroom and she got a club. It took a bit to get out food bit worth it. It was amazing. There were two women on shift. They were both polite. Great visit.
Around 9 my girlfriend wanted to try the steak and cheese because I had enjoyed it so much.
We went back and there were two guys working. The young guy was cool the older one we didn't have contact with. I ordered the steak and mushroom again. I got hee the same without mushroom. I got out food much much quicker this second time.
It was horrible. It was very dry and somehow tasted like grease and burn onion. We each took one bite and gave out sandwiches to our dog.
So I definitely think it matters what cook you get. The lady's in the afternoon were spot on.“
