“I go through the drive thru 1-2 times a week. The person who takes my order is always kind and soft spoken ❤️ I usually order a large hot coffee double-double with a shot of espresso & a 4 cheese bagel toasted with extra cream cheese: their espresso machine is hit or miss on if it’s working. Last time it was down, they offered to make me a dark blend to make it a little stronger- good alternative! They also take “extra cream cheese” literally, which I love! Any other Tim Hortons are so skimpy with it. Their drive thru also moves quickly so if you pull up and the line is long, rest assured you won’t be waiting long!“

“At about 12pm on 2/12/25 I ordered a turkey panini, which is not on the menu, chips and medium sprite. My total was $9. The 2 women I interacted with were nice, polite, and helpful. They almost forgot to give me my drink, I had to ask for it after I was handed my food and told to have a good day, I received no napkins or receipt. Honestly in todays world it was a good fast food interaction for me.“
