“Went in today with my husband and we ordered a omelette, biscuits and gravy and the baked oatmeal. To drink we got coffee. The food was delicious and hot and our coffee cup was always hot and filled. The service was absolutely amazing. Our waitress was karoline and she went above and beyond for us. She was always smiling and making sure we had what we needed plus more. We will definitely recommend Jamie’s and be back.”

“Tonight: Combination Fish(wet batter) and Shrimp with Onion Rings. I have tried the dry fish and the fries. Not a complicated menu, which means you expect some basic skills preparing about 6 items. All things done well, REAL WELL! The cole slaw is pretty darn good, also. Pick-up waiting reminds me of real "sit down" Friday Fish Fries. About 5 minutes of Socially Distant chatter waiting for your order. I am curious about protocol for non members having a beer waiting for take out. “Food was great, but service was poor. It took way too long to be greeted by a server, she would then disappear for long periods of time. Also, we didn’t receive the promo envelope as advertised at the end of our meal and gave up waiting for her to return to ask about it. We will probably return because the food and beer was delicious, but we will remember to sit by the bar in order to be more visible to the inattentive waitstaff.”

“Extremely helpful, fast, and the pizza is always made right! I will drive 15 miles out of my way to go to this location over Fenton, they get it 100% every time! The delivery driver with Jeep is awesome, I had him deliver an order tonight and he was at least 15 minutes early, helped carry the food up to our gate, and was extremely kind and polite. MAKE SURE YOU GUYS TIP YOUR DRIVERS WELL! Would you drive to the next town over to deliver a pizza for $3? Don’t force somebody else to do it for you then.

I ordered online and made a mistake, completely my fault. I called the store and they fixed it in seconds. The manager called me after and followed up to make sure I was happy with everything. This was some of the best customer service I have ever received!

“To the driver who delivered food to the apartment above the bar in bancroft about 15 minutes ago, I’m sorry for upsetting you so greatly today. I told you I would do my best to watch for your car, however, I missed you. I thought that might happen, since I have a limited view out of my front facing windows. Because of this, I gave you my phone number to call in case I didn’t see you pull in. I only learned of your arrival when my manager called me from the bar downstairs to let me know you were there. Upon meeting you downstairs, you very angrily informed me in front of my patrons and coworkers that you had been blaring your horn at me from the alleyway (which silly old me couldn’t hear from my apartment that is indeed upstairs and indoors) and you had sent me a text (which I never received). I’ve had pizza delivered here many times from hungry howies and no one has ever had an issue giving me a quick call to let me know they were there. Anyway, as someone who works as a server, I completely understand that the service industry can be very frustrating. I truly hope that whatever is going on in your life that made you so angry and rude today resolves itself. Cheers. I will be back 😊”
