“The store was perfect and clean. The staff noticed I was paying with change. So after I ordered (I have 7 kids) the manager comped our meal and gave us an extra ice cream and extra root beers and little toys for the kids. They were above and beyond and the best service I've ever had. Thank you! And the food was the bomb of course

“I was passing through and needed a bite to eat. Why not McDonald’s ? I entered and was kindly greeted by staff. I ordered my usual two mcchickens and two McDoubles at the kiosk. Staff brought the food two my table, excellent service may I add and then mentioned that the chicken was fresh. It was absolutely fresh and delicious. This place does it right and it seems their team had great chemistry. Great location would totally recommend!!“

“We stopped on our way back home from caseville over the weekend and needed some food, and sometimes, I crave Wendy's. Luckily, my cravings were spot on because the food we had when we stopped was oh so good. Now I know it's just fast food and it's always the same. This Wendy's location that we stopped at around 2:30-3pm was a few of the best I've been to. The fries were perfect and fresh, not too much salt but some so you can taste it and Crispy but not burnt or soggy. Ordered a Daves Double and, upon opening it, was perfectly stacked and not sloppy at all with a nice crisp sprite. Didn't go inside, so I'm not sure how clean it was in there, but the staff did a great job, and I thank them for making my cravings worth every bad calorie.“

“Me and my daughters were having an issue with the app not letting me order a meal I wanted. The nice girl at the window told me she would help at the window but it was out of her control so she called the manager over, he asked what was going on I explained. he made sure I had fresh everything and definitely did more than most would have. Appreciated it big time. Thursday night 9:45ish“

“Subs were tasty but I was extremely disappointed with the foot long pretzel & churro. Tasted like they were sitting on the counter for an hour before they got to us, took a bite off each one then to the garbage they went. I was so excited to FINALLY try em and then was pretty bumbed but again, the subs were good and fresh! Will order from here again but staying away from the foot long churros & pretzel...“

“Big boy is so sad anymore. Big boy was my first job. I have always loved Big boy. Imlay City Big boy isn't good at all. From very old soup on the bar , over priced , crappy service and food. makes me sad. Do better“

“I’ve stopped in this location several times in my travels but I must say this last visit was the best. I wish I had grabbed the gentleman’s name who served us but he was great (working evening of 9/11)! Enthusiastic, friendly, quick, met a couple of my requests etc. I told him he was great and promised I’d do a review. The facility was small but clean. Thanks so much- we will be back.“
