“First time going to this McDonald’s location. The food was very fresh and hot. Fernanda whom was my cashier at the time, took my order. She gave out phenomenal customer service. Very fast and direct. Should be promoted manager.Update: Fernanda the gentle cashier took my order again. As I gazed into her eyes, we both made eye contact. She stops for a brief moment and paused. Locked in. Now nervous. I start to shake due to the excitement of those delicious tender chicky nuggies in my mouth. She turns around and hands me another fresh box of nuggets. I quitely took the box, and prayed to the nugget god.“

“Imlay City, Michigan subway is the best subway I've been to in Michigan. Lived in Downriver Michigan my whole life but never have I had subway this great with food and service. People in Imlay are nicer and also more fun. Keep up the good work y'all!!!!“
“I have had problems with this location in the past but nothing that made me feel I had to leave a review. However, today I had a great response from a lady that worked the drive through window. I went to get some items that were missing from my order last week and they couldn’t find my name. While trying to figure this out, a lady started yelling at me. If this location had gotten my order correct the first time then I wouldn’t have had to come back and pick up what they forgot. Then when they forgot to write my name down, it complicated everything even more. Such a negative experience here but I am leaving a review now reflecting my experience with her today. Check your bags before leaving though. My biggest complaint with this location is forgotten items as it has happened multiple times.“
“The person who helped us was nice, but they had some major drama while we were eating. Something about Tracy, then a worker threatening to leave, and lots of yelling. Food was good, order accurate & up quick. Pop machine screen was super dirty & gross, didn't even want to touch it.“
