“whoever "mom" is, we love you. we love this establishment and the hospitality it provided us. we frequent the area often and took our friends and employees on a trip up north to see the leaves and lights. I get bad anxiety in vehicles so we stopped here to get a drink before I made the long haul to the UP. My ex-husband gave us limited time but when we got there it was jamming. the hostess looked at "mom" and asked if she could accommodate us quickly. "MOM" didn't only accommodate us, she represented the company so well that forever more I'll say "mom's place." I love you, mom.”

“Audie’s has three great restaurants to choose from for the family occasion. Chippewa Room is fine dining with business casual attire. We had a great waiter delivering our food and drinks when it was needing filled. The restaurant selection can be confusing but understand its catering to family with children on one side or fine dining for those couples or adult gatherings. Be sure to check out the menus and accommodations. An all together great asset to Mackinaw City.”

“This guy is batting 1000. We ate here a year ago this week and got the Philly Cheesesteak Pizza….. My wife and I both said it was THE BEST PIZZA WE’VE EVER HAD!!! We’re back up from the Buckeye State a second time and we had to come back…. This time we got a build your own and guess what? We were right the first time! THIS PIZZA IS SOMETHING SPECIAL!!!!”

“This place has four cases of about twenty different flavors of ice cream. It could be bad if you’re indecisive… but you’ll definitely find at least one flavor to love! They had blue moon, plus “blue play dough” — a unique combo of blue moon with sugar cookie pieces. PLUS a Superman waffle cone to put it in!? SO COOL. We will definitely be stopping by here every time we are near the area 😍 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”

“Great stay, definitely recommend! We staid for a night between biking the heritage trail and the little traverse wheelway. Host provided a nice intro of the property, suggestions on places to see in the area, and helpful info on our biking route. Make sure you budget time to enjoy the views out front and back - very cool!”

Enjoyed the option to be outside. To top it off the manager personally assisted us in retrieving a personal item we left behind. Go to Dixie Saloon, you will have no regrets!!”

“We ordered the chicken bacon ranch pizza and garden salad and it was delicious! The delivery was quick and the person who delivered it was very kind. Perfect meal for a family who wanted to stay in a swim at their hotel.”

“The gentleman who sat us wasn't very welcoming and made sure that I read the details about the coupon given to me from our hotel before seating us. We were promptly greeted by our waitress, Dae. The menu is short and the options for the coupon were limited. Kiddo got fried eggs with toast, bacon and hasbrowns. I got an omlette with toast and hash browns. The hash browns were not crispy and appeared greasy. My omlette was delicious and the toast was awesome. Im not sure what kind of bread they use but it certainly wasn't something you would get at a chain store. Aside from the menu prices, short menu, and the hash browns, the food was great. The restaurant was clean and the service was overall good. I spent nearly $65 on 2 drinks and 2 plates.”

“Very good breakfast. The western scrambled eggs and the French toast was delicious. There was plenty of fresh fruit and our table attendant, Kristy, was great. She kept our coffee mugs full of fresh coffee. It was a little pricey but we had a BOGO coupon from our hotel that made it OK. I was not surprised at the cost because this IS a resort area. I would recommend Toast A Go - GO if you are very hungry and have a coupon or if money is no object.”
