“Chicken was crispy and juicy. The pineapple drink is A MAZING, You have to try it. The peach mango pie is ? wonderful, do not leave without it. Adobo rice with gravy was so good. Cons: My only critique is that the size of the drumsticks and thighs are too small for the price. The wings from Buffalo Wild Wings have similar amount of meat as the drumsticks and thighs I got from Chicken Shack. ?“

“David the manager is great, I made an order, but had to change it last minute, because I was having more people than I expected at my house for dinner. David changed my order with no issues and told me it would be about another 8 minute wait. I said "No problem" because I understand I made the change of order. While waiting I sat and listened to the crew talking and communicating orders and a little personal talk, the communication between employees was nice and not offensive, which I find rare waiting for orders at food places these days. My food was piping hot when I got it and I had a really good experience at this location. The workers are great and work very well as a team to make sure customers get there orders right and with quality.“

“10/10 recommend! Such great tasting food!! And you definitely get your moneys worth compared to other fast food places. I had the blazin chicken sandwich. Huge juicy chicken. And the buffalo sauce tasted great!! My fiance got a cheeseburger and he loved it! Definitely tasted super fresh, not frozen. We got mozzarella sticks and you got 6 with the order. “This is my go-to place for fried fish and chicken. The fried green beans and fried corn on the cob are also delicious. I turned a couple of my friends on to this place as well, including a friend visiting from Georgia. She liked the food so much, she took pictures and posted them on social media. “This is the best Krispy krunchy Chicken in the Metro Detroit area. I have visited several of the independent sites. This by far is the best ever!!!

Kid-friendliness: Just as adults walk-in kidscan also. Wide variety of snacks and fluids available here.

Parking: This is a busy gas station usually two or three spaces to just pick up chicken are available.

After reading the bad reviews about their food and customer service; I was very hesitant to order at this restaurant.When I walked in to place my order; the woman behind the counter (Renée) greeted me with a smile and was so kind & patient with me (considering I was indecisive about what to order). I eventually ordered the chicken (legs & thighs), catfish & fried mushrooms. Everything I ordered tasted great and the kids & I was surprisingly satisfied. “The nuggets are not good. For this to be KFC, Wendy's and McDonalds nuggets are better. Just use the regular chicken breading and thigh and breast meat mixture. They are dry and not seasoned. I did get other food making up for this But...Open on time. Food was fast and fresh. Hot and made like I want. Clean inside. Didn't smell like bleach or cleaner. Just nothing but good food. Staff was courteous as well. The only real let down was the nuggets.“

“Located inside a supermarket, this place is a little hidden gem for fried chicken! Service was great, we walked up and were handed a sample tender and potato wedge. Got 12 pc chicken family meal that was way better and cheaper than KFC or chicken shack. The gentleman serving us gave us generous portions and was very nice. Everything tasted so good!
