“Just passing through the Chelsea Secretary of State Office and saw there was a Subway in the same complex. Glad I stopped in. Food was delicious and the two ladies working there were super friendly. I got a side of meatballs for my dog and they were so nice about it.I come from a restaurant family, and Customer Service is very important to me. They made my visit. Many Subways just feel like a chain store that is just moving you through the line. This experience was different. I will be back!

Dietary restrictions: Made to order so you can get it just the way you want. I think they even have a gluten-free bread option.“

“I've been to this location a few times and the two gentleman I've consistently seen working are fast, friendly and they keep the place pretty clean. Not really heavily trafficked when I've been there, but a decent flow of patrons in and out.Random add: there's a really cool mural next door on a neighboring building.

Vegetarian options: I love that I can get good vegetarian options. There aren't a bunch but they are yummy. Can also make your sandwich an unwich which is wrapping it in lettuce instead of bread.

Parking: Large open lot with plenty of space to park- no heavy traffic or competition with parking from adjacent businesses.“

“I am the Mom who usually cooks for big events, but for our son’s 4th bday party/Halloween party I wanted a break. The crew at Tubby’s made that happen 10 fold!My favorites about choosing Tabby’s in Pinckney for our event:1st ordering was easy and straightforward which this Momma of 5 appreciates! (We ordered from the catering menu)2nd the price point was perfect, we have ordered from other places for events in the past and this price and amount of food we got was awesome. (40 ish adults 10 ish kids)3rd the order was on time and the team was so friendly and even seemed excited for my party!4th the food was delicious! Everyone at the party was surprised it came from Tabby’s and we had zero leftovers but everyone was well fed!Only thing I would change is the salad, people didn’t realize it was a salad because of the way it is set up they thought it was more toppings for the subs.The team there really has changed everything and they are genuinely excited and thankful for the business so if you had tried Tubby’s before and haven’t been happy give this new management a chance. “This Subway is conveniently located inside the Mugg and Bopps gas station. It may be small, but it gets the job done when it comes to freshly made sandwiches on the go. Today I stopped in to ease my pregnancy cravings and Collin did a great job accommodating to my needs and providing outstanding customer service.I ordered a number 18 which is an Italian BMT and boy did it hit the spot! Collin was friendly, super nice, and I really enjoyed our conversation we shared while he made my lunch. He listened to what I wanted, didn’t make any mistakes, and was more than happy to toast my sub twice. Even though the system was having issues, he kept his cool and patiently waited to slide my card to have my rewards added to my account. The receipt also took a while to spit out, but we both had a good laugh about it.What is interesting is you do not pay at the counter where your food is made. You take the receipt to the front counter of the gas station and pay up there. They do accept coupons and use the rewards system here as well.The only ingredient they do not carry here is the fresh avocado. Other than that, they have everything else you could need or want to put on your sandwich.I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a delicious breakfast, lunch, or dinner made by awesome sandwich artists who treat you with respect and have positive attitudes.On a side note - When I usually stop in here, I see Devin always working alone in the evenings. He is a great guy with a wonderful personality and has some good stories to share. Hopefully the owner or manager sees this review and gives both Devin and Collin a raise for being fantastic employees and for always showing up to work even though they are short staffed.“

“Haven't been to this location, and was impressed with the service I had. Kasey was so sweet, and made one hell of a sandwich. Also thought it was cool that he wrapped my sandwich (which was toasted) in foil before wrapping it in the paper. Haven't seen anyone so that at a subway. Love that touch.“
