I ordered a coffee and a butter croissant. I LOVE a croissant, and always have high hopes - but more often than not I'm let down by an underwhelming bite. So, imagine my delight as I bit into the flakiest, most wonderfully textured pastry I've had in a very long time. The outside was crispy, virtually exploding like a tree struck by lightening (evidence provided of my shirt post-snack), and the inside was soft and perfectly chewy. This reminds me of your typical bakery that you’d find in a city like Bangkok or Hong Kong. Once you cross that threshold the treasure box is displayed. The baked goods are great, decent prices, and different than a typical US or EU style bakery, however it leans closer to French. The baked goods here use non traditional ingredients, e.g. rice flour and render a different style which I personally recommend. Note the taste a clearly focused around the Asian taste palette. Try something different and might be as pleased as I. Lastly, I’ve never had anything stale and I’ve been going here for about 12 years now.“

“I've been here multiple times for steaks, this was a go to for my mom's BBQ parties annually for many years. Since they expanded into a restaurant and market we primarily just get the prepared foods since it's a little out of the way now but as a shawarma fan I can say they are top notch and have amazing food. They load up portions and everything has been stellar from flavor to freshness and at a fair price. I will go out of my way to get dinner from here. Highly recommend trying.“
