“Hi. I was looking online for a good sandwich place and got a corned beef sandwich today. The staff and overall experience was great! However, I've never seen such a highly rated sandwich place use processed cheese instead of actual swiss cheese. The meat was good although the portion seemed a bit light and the sandwich overall was excellent. I'll come back but won't ask for cheese on my sandwiches.“

“We have no experience of "real" Korean food; we rely on what is offered by local Great Detroit restaurants but I can say what Chung Ki Wa has to offer is in absolute terms of very good quality, tasteful and satisfying. Plus the fact that the place is crowded by Asian guests, once more means a lot. We chose the well known Korean BBQ although in the menu much more is available. 2 types of meat and all the side small dishes that are usual with the BBQ, plus the dih similar to a big omelette with different vegetables. “At a recent family birthday celebration, I needed appetizers at the last minute. I went to the right people for help! It was no problem for Kal and Ann! They cheerfully made fresh batches of delicious hummus (two varieties) which came with chips and pita bread. I served that, along with two kinds of their fabulous soup, to my dinner guests. Everyone complimented the delicious food Kal and Ann prepared. If you haven’t tried KAL’s Lunch Bowl, located in the Royal Oak Farmers Market yet, I recommend it. “I have been to this brewery a handful of times and the beers just keep getting better and better. They have a full line up; lighter options, IPA’s, stouts, sours, etc. Every time I go, they have something better than the last time. Yesterday, I visited the brewery and I am in a straight leg brace and crutches after having knee surgery. James, the bartender, was very courteous and helpful, even going as far as bringing me over an extra padded chair to elevate my leg on without me asking. It’s hard to find great service like that anymore. I highly recommend this brewery to anyone.“

“A lot of our favorite local places have gone downhill and we decided to try a new place and What up dough came up on our Uber eats. We Ordered today for the first time and everything was amazing! As for the atmosphere, it was a good place to work. All the seating areas have outlets - super convenient when working there. Wasn’t busy from 8-10am but starts to pick up after. Good spot!“
