“Had lunch with my aunt here today. The service was perfect, attentive but not over done and the food was delicious. Some of the best garlic naan ive had in a while and the samosas we fantastic. The information got the chicken coconut entree and it was incredibly tender. The sauce was creamy and fragrent and the spice level was very nice. Overall, one of the best dining experiences ive had in a while, will definitely be back!“

“WOWWWWW 10/10 I love trap vegan. Best smoothies I’ve ever had in my LIFE. I got the pomegranate one & the goji berry one (add sea moss) and they were so good. Also had the vegan sweet potato cheesecake that was equally as amazing. I got my friend kaelin the coco one & she LOVED it so even if your not a fruit lover there is amazing choices for everyone. The hibiscus refresher was delectable as well.“

“AMAZING FOOD! The fried oyster mushrooms were to die for. The gyro, hands down the best gyro I've had, vegan or not. Whenever we go to a different city, I always try to find at least 1 new plant based dish to try. I try to pick a smaller business and a place that has something unique. Detroit area has some outstanding choices for plant based food - more than a lot of cities. I would recommend More Life Foods as a top choice for a vegan, vegetarian, or an omni. I'm going to try to convince the boyfriend to swing through on the way back to Ohio so I can get another gyro.“

“Nixie and Matt were a joy! We came in and Nixie was great, she let us move seats away from the door and was very attentive. The bad habit and chicken bacon ranch were our favorites. Matt suggested we try the bad habit with brisket and it was sooo good! 10/10“

“This was our first time here at Host. We love our server Danica. She was very attentive and brought us a treat for our friend birthday!
I really love the concept here with rotating chefs every 6-8 weeks. Definitely coming back for dinner.

“I stopped by for a late breakfast and had "The Forager", what they call a "rumble" of eggs, mushrooms, smoked gouda, onions and greens. A great combination of flavors. It came with seasoned fried potatoes and sourdough toast. I like a place that offers sourdough. And the coffee. As someone who takes their coffee black, I am often disappointed by diner coffee and resort to cream and sugar just to make it palatable. Not so here. Whatever blend they are using is of superior quality.\nI've only been here the one time, but their menu looked pretty diverse for breakfast and lunch. Would recommend.“

“We love iFreeze! We took our daughter who has Celiac Disease. They have items marked as gluten free on the menu. She had the S’mores ice cream and loved it. They were very knowledgeable about Celiac and cleaned the machines before use. They keep all GF items separated as well. It’s so important to us to have safe places for our daughter to eat and have dessert. Would recommend iFreeze to anyone!“

The pink Greek dressing can't found everywhere so I like that they have it here. Food is always fresh and they run a very neat and clean kitchen and grill. The staff is always courteous. “Been here a few times since moving to Ferndale. I'm yet to have the same dish twice, and have NEVER been disappointed. The owner and staff are super friendly, my food is always ready quick, and the menu/weekly specials always have something interesting. I only wish they were open later for night owls like myself, but they're worth getting up earlier for. Go for the entrees, but don't forget to grab dessert there, too! The Coconut Cream Cake that was on special the day I'm writing this might be the best piece of cake I've ever had.“
