“First time going into this establishment so I asked the clerk to recommend something, and he recommended the Soul Survivor, which was a soft cheesy and delicious vegan type hamburger, and the Thug Passion smoothie which was banana, pineapple and strawberries, and was extremely tasty (maybe just a hair too small). Whenever we go to a different city, I always try to find at least 1 new plant based dish to try. I try to pick a smaller business and a place that has something unique. Detroit area has some outstanding choices for plant based food - more than a lot of cities. I would recommend More Life Foods as a top choice for a vegan, vegetarian, or an omni. I'm going to try to convince the boyfriend to swing through on the way back to Ohio so I can get another gyro.“

They have flights of special dips and signature margaritas, allowing for a fun and creative tasting experience starting with apps and drinks. For the mains, you can either build your own or taco/bowl/burrito or choose from one of their signature pairings from a large menu. They have several meat and non meat options to choose from, and our server Colby did an awesome job helping us navigate the menu to create a great Taco Tuesday experience. He took great care of us and made the fun but large menu even more approachable and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend trying it out, just keep in mind that if you are from CA/TX and like things SPICY, that the spice level on all items is geared towards a midwestern pallet aka on the milder side.“

“I just grabbed lunch here (to go) and it was amazing. I had the house coconut avocado smoothie while I waited for my food - so good. I got a spinach, mozzarella and Italian sausage cascione (grilled and stuffed flatbread…the dough is also homemade) that was delicious. I also got the grilled cheese and ham (don’t judge me! 😂) the cheese was a Gruyère with black truffles and the ham was from Dearborn. Also tasty. I would definitely go again.“

“Not super busying during weekday lunch! Has been part of the community for many many MANY years.

They have street parking and paid parking lot which services the whole street.

They offer a large variety of polish dishes as well as some simple American items.

On this trip I picked up a mean for my grandfather and got home the polish trio dinner with soup . $13 for a full meal is a good deal.

It took about 20 mins and we were ready to go.

The servers and sweet and take the order and make sure you know what you’re getting. They have a bar seating area as well a booths and tables

I liked the chicken fried rice, but others at my table were less impressed by it. It has a vinegar taste and is a bit soggy and spicy (I really liked it though). Friendly service!
