The main portion of the meat fell apart effortlessly, and the overall presentation of the platter looked great. Big ol piece of cornbread and you’ve absolutely nailed the mac and cheese—spot on. Same goes for the creamy mashed potatoes—just excellent. I really enjoyed the sweet peach BBQ sauce; it’s got a nice, mellow sweetness that works perfectly.
