“Needed something golden. On a day when the system at McDonald’s was crashing, these fine folks busted out a calculator and gave me mobile app price even though they couldn’t “use code”. Saved me 3 plus $ on my combo.

Lady in drive thru was super nice about it. Combine that with how fresh the fries & nuggets were, I enjoyed my lunch. Thank you.“

“I had to come to this one for the first time at midnight on a Saturday night because the one by me closed unexpectedly... I wasnt expecting much. But it was packed in drivethru and they somehow managed to clear everyone out super quick, which is the opposite of what I thought would happen. The fries were the best ive had from a mcdonalds in FOREVER... like, unexpectedly delicious. For being night shift, the workers were very personable and friendly. Its also worth mentioning that one of the things I got was an ice cream cone, so their ice cream machine WAS up and running at midnight, thankfully. And to whoever made it, THANK you! It was a very generous portion and the presentation looked like an ad for McDonald's. I never leave reviews on fast food usually but im so grateful the one by me closed early. I'll go back to this one even though its out of the way from my house.“

“This is my favorite location because every time I come thru the drive thru Randall is working and always so pleasant . He is an instant mood lifter with his professional service . He always greets me and my children with a smile and makes sure our order is right and fresh .“

“Whoever the amazing lady was working the second window in drive thru late tonight (11/27) (2am) showed me such kindness. I work in food service / hospitality myself and she went out of her way to refund my frozen coke for me in cash without me asking, I didn’t want to be a bother- they were all out and let her know it was okay, and don’t worry about it. I am a waitress myself in the food industry and I serve many people on a daily basis and such a small act of kindness given to me and great service was amazing, especially at such a late hour. This McDonald’s is very lucky to have her, wish I got her name. So kind and thoughtful. I really hope she is recognized and someone sees this. Great job Hayes rd!! Give her a raise!“
