“I'm so happy this is 'My Starbucks.' They are amazing, the employees are so sweet and kind. The drinks are 10/10 every time. They are quick even when it's busy. I got the cherry chai and it's quite possibly the cutest drink ever. I went to different Starbucks a few days ago and it made me so grateful that this one is the closest to me.“
“Visited the new Starbucks on Gratiot Avenue in Clinton Township, Michigan. The cleanliness and spacious layout caught my attention, though it felt a bit isolated compared to typical Starbucks vibes. Despite that, the design was pleasing and the staff were exceptionally friendly. They seemed well-stocked, although the oddly shaped 'eggs' in the cooler raised some eyebrows. Overall, a nice spot to visit, but maybe skip the eggs!“
“Ordered a drive thru mobile order on Sat around 11:15, arrived at 11:23, did not get to the drive thru window until 11:33 ( understand this is a busy location ), when the barista handed me my frappucino it was melted and I commented that it shucks I waited so long in line as my drink was now fully melted, without even a hesitation the barista offered to remake my drink. Thank you! I will remember going fwd that if I want my drink quicker without the possibility of waiting and it melting to order in store pick up but was pleased with with the remake.“
“I got the iced cinnamon dolce latte with 2% milk no ice 3 espresso shots 5 pumps of syrup and extra whipped cream/sprinkles. I was rung up by a nice guy named Paul who was a wonderful server and The person who handed me my drink was also extremely nice. The wait wasn’t long at all and the atmosphere was extremely friendly. 5/5 stars def gonna go back“
“I LOVE THIS LOCATION! The girl that takes my order oh she knows when am stressed she be looking out for me with my expreso shoots! Also they are always so friendly and the messages they write always puts a smile on my face! This was today! I been having such hard times lately that going there every morning sets me up for a brighter day! I wanna say thank you all at that location! You don’t know how much you guys can make someone feel good! 🙏“
