“Did an online order and thought I requested chicken instead of beef on my chalupa. Brought it back in and they were very kind and remade it without questioning it or being rude. Looked back at my order and it was my mistake and I did not select chicken. Everything was delicious.“
“I’m not sure about the nights but the mornings/afternoons is absolutely amazing. They actually put the right amount of meat, some of these locations I think the employees are stealing meat and taking it home and cheating customers but this location actually makes their food how it’s supposed to be. “I’m a regular customer on DoorDash known as “Nancy Drew” (ask the staff I bet they know haha) and I’m also a regular drive-thru customer as I have been for the 3rd time this week (pic as proof for today) this team is amazing!!!!! They don’t get enough credit or appreciation for how hard they work, there was a line sooo long tonight and I felt so bad for the employees I wanted to cancel my order….this Taco Bell needs a leader not a manager, they have enough talent in-house! “The robot that started taking my order must of been hard of hearing asked 5 times what I wanted and still didn't take my order. Took over 3 minutes for a real person to take it and still got it wrong. I don't know why they always put your Mexican pizza on the bottom of the bag. When I go to eat it the pressure from the rest of my food on top of it makes the cheese stick to the lid“
