Tim Hortons in Clinton

“The food was pretty good and the drink was very strong. We went through the drive though and the lady who took our order was not very friendly at all & sounded very annoyed to be helping us. We will definitely try Tim Hortons again but maybe a different location.“

“I really love the Tim Hortons on 17 and Garfield the employees there are always so kind, and my food is right most of the time. the atmosphere in the lobby is amazing. I love how many seats there are to sit and they even have a nice booth. I think it would be a lot better if they had cool music playing in the lobby. The two employees behind the counter really made up for the no music though because they were singing really majestically to me while I was eating. I don’t really remember their names, but there was this big black buff guy, and this other kid with a beard and glasses kind of big boned idk. Really nice experience!!!“

“This location is one of my favorites in the morning. The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming, which makes for a great experience. The ladys who work here are fantastic. I especially appreciate that they accommodate my request for whipped cream on the bottom of the cup. I love this place and will definitely be back soon!“

“We stopped at this Rim Hortons location as a large group. There were 7 of us that all walked in at once and ordered at the counter and the experience was fast and easy. The sandwiches were made hot and fresh and coffee was prepared as ordered. The dining room was mostly clean, but had room for us all to sit. There is a small fireplace in the corner.

Parking: There is a large free parking lot.

Kid-friendliness: They have a lot of kid friendly options.

Wheelchair accessibility: This is on the first floor and they have low top tables.“

“I previously left a review under my Google account, but I felt inspired to leave another review. I am using my husband's Google account. This 5 star review is specifically directed toward a woman named Mary who works the afternoon shift.

I've been to this location many times, typically in the morning. I now avoid coming to this location in the morning because of order and staff issues. Some of the morning staff needs to shape up, maybe give them a guide on customer service to help them along, or replace them with someone who appreciates their job.

Getting back to Mary.. From beginning to end she expresses excellent customer service. She's very friendly! I can tell she takes care in preparing my order. She's a great example of what customer service should be like. I don't feel the need to go to another Tims when I'm craving an early evening ice cap. Thank you Mary for making me feel welcomed and like a valued customer.“
