“This really is the best location. The food always looks top notch and today they made my day by refiring a pizza and crazy bread that fuller messed up! I feel like the staff makes a genuine effort to make sure I am satisfied and that is why I always come back! Don’t listen to the negative reviews about this place, fuller deserves those reviews! 😆. Thanks again for making the experience the best possible. Not sure the name of the lady with blonde hair i believe she was the manager but she is awesome! 🙌“

“whenever I have doctor's appointments in downtown Grand Rapids, my hubby always asks me to get food from here. he used to live close to it and misses it SOOOOO much. So, we had some money today and I headed straight there to get me some GOOD fried chicken and perch. parking can be a pain, but it's definitely worth the wait and hassle. I also think it's soooo cool that they remember my boyfriend, by name, when I showed him a picture of us, and it's been a good 3 years since he has been there physically.“

“I love their bone in wings especially the lemon pepper rub and the habanero ranch rub. They're ranch dressing is homemade and delicious.

I especially appreciate the staff being friendly, kind, considerate, and helpful.“

“This is my 3rd trip to Wing Kingz and I’m telling you there aren’t many places frying up chicken and fish that are THIS GOOD! Blue Gill is my go-to with Lemon Pepper seasoning and it is perfection every time! I also had the deep fried cauliflower which is the best I’ve ever had! “Just tried Rika's for my first time and WOW. The chicken tenders were remarkably tender, and had the best seasoning I've tried in Grand Rapids. Great sauce selection as well (spicy BBQ and garlic parm were so good).

So many chains (and even other local spots) use way too much breading or batter - not the case here. There's just enough to be perfectly crisp, without taking away from the chicken itself. It's fried to order, so the tenders were as fresh as possible.

The portions are great as well, I'm planning on trying the dark meat special next because it seems like a ridiculous value. I'll absolutely be returning to Rika's soon!“

“My girlfriend and her friends have gone a few times and is a cool place. The security there on the weekends she has gone is great. Saturday nite ( I am pretty sure of the names) Jamie ( she said was walking around) and Matt ( was security at the door) were amazing. Very friendly and kept an eye on everything. Were on top of the place and my girl and her friends felt at ease with them watching.. They will definitely be going back feeling safe. The bull is amazing and the live music rocked. She said any questions she had Matt answered professionally and Jamie was ontop of keeping the tables clear and open for people to sit.“

“I’ve personally never dealt with anything the negative reviews are talking about. The workers are always nice and know my order sometimes i don’t even have to say it. They’re always nice and happy to help with any special instructions.“

“I’ve ordered items from this location 3 times and have not have a bad time of it. I will say that the last time I ordered, I got a stuffed Howie bread, which was everything I dreamed it would be ✨, but I was anticipatory 😝 so I went to pick it up early and waited in my car. I saw them place the box in the heating lamp/shelf thingy, but my app never updated. I waited a few minutes and thought hmmm maybe that’s not mine, but the time had passed on the Howie tracker in the app where they said it would be ready so I went in to make my presence known. The box I saw from my car was indeed my order. It wasn’t cold yet, but basically I’m saying that if you’re going for pick up, the app doesn’t update in real time, so I’d just go inside to get it even if it doesn’t say it’s ready, so you can get the freshest pizza!

In the two orders I have pictured here, one was from November where I got the chicken and waffles pizza (no chicken bc I don’t eat meat- so basically waffles pizza 🤪) and it was delicious. I ended up ordering it a second time- if you don’t get the chicken, it’s essentially a dessert pizza which reminded me of the old dessert pizzas at another restaurant which shall not be named in this review, that used to have full dining room service with an epic buffet. If you know, you know. Anyway, I’m sure if you get the actual chicken and waffles pizza, and you like that kind of thing, you’ll love this pizza.

My second order pictured, I got the 3 cheese stuffed Howie bread. Check my video for cheese pull 🧀 😎. It was perfect. Everything I dreamed of in the moment.

I don’t order often from Hungry Howie’s but honestly every time I do, I’m reminded of the superiority in crust flavoring and I question myself as to why I don’t return more often.

Decent service, good pizza, convenient location. Gracias.

Parking: Plenty of parking in the free parking lot. This is not a sit down place, so there aren’t many people parked at any given time as it’s just for pick up orders or delivery.

“Don’t let the reviews fool you.! People have their own opinions of places of any kind. The food taste like it is fresh cooked, it doesn’t have that fast food taste or greasy texture. I’ve never had an issue here and I’ve been coming for over a year. The prices are decent and the main guy is always super polite and helpful. Their fries are amazing, always fresh and hot. I’ve seen a lot of workers come in for pick ups in the summer especially. It’s a great place to do a pick up order for some hot and fresh food or even to have a nice sit down.“

“NEW STUFFED CRUST and i have to say the stuffed crust here is the best of all the stuffed crust i’ve tried! Dominoes pros are the food is almost always good and their app and tracking program work well. i do wish they would be more competitive with flavored crust… but still they make great pizza and if you get New York Style i recommend getting it well done“
