“We came on a Saturday for couples night. Staff was very nice, but the music is extremely dated and it's hard to find anything worth dancing to, we stayed from about 9-12:30 and not a single good dance song played, but they played down with the sickness!?

The women's bathroom stalls don't lock, they are saloon doors that open out, but my husband said the men's room has locking stalls.

They have a room in the back where they allow smoking.

No local beer on tap or bottle which was super disappointing. How does a Michigan bar not have Bells? There is also a 3.5% surcharge on any card transactions, which seems dated.

Overall I could see this as a brief meeting spot, but not somewhere to spend your night. The music is not good, they play grainy music videos from the 80s/90s most of the night and when they aren't playing this, they play what looks like softcorn porn from the 90s from a large screen on the small dance floor.“

“Went there on a saturday, waitress came pretty quick, we had a our drinks and placed our order in a timely manner. Problem was she never came back to the table. Had to get our 2nd drink from the bar, even when I got up to tell her we needed another round. Mind you there are 4 of us. We were with our wives. Then at least 40 minutes after placing our order, she came up and wanted to verify our order? I asked if she even put it in yet and she said yes. Then why ask? Then found someone to talk to, owner, manager, not sure didnt introduce there self. Said waitress was new and that there were wi fi problems so the order didnt go thru. A bunch of excuses, just own up to it. We just wanted to eat! Anyway once they made the food it was quick and delicious. No complaints other then the total service. The barmaid seemed really good as she was waiting on tables also. If we had her I would of given a 5“

“We wanted an intimate wedding ceremony and reception and found Public House! Their garden room was perfect! Beautifully decorated, enough space for our 25 guests. The event coordinator, Taylor, was amazing throughout the entire process including the day of the wedding! Chef Darius was accommodating to our wants and needs and even suggested some of his own ideas! Everything turned out amazing and we had beautiful pictures in-front of their flower wall! Highly recommend for any special events or just go try their delicious food!“

“I came to this place about a month ago during a lunch break.The person that I was working with said that he attempted to find the best burger in Detroit. He said that this was the best place that he had found so far. While I don't know if it's the best, it was a damn good burger. It was nice and juicy with lots of flavor. It was also shaped well too, which doesn't seem like that big of a deal, but when you are eating a burger and you can't get a good grip, it becomes an issue.The patty melt was also very good. I got waffle fries with each of the burgers that I ordered and they were very good.The waitress was on point and the prices were very reasonable.The atmosphere is very upbeat as well. While it is sort of a blue collar feel, it seemed like a very fun place. There is also a patio outside.Overall, this place is very well-rounded. Great food and great vibes.“

“This was my first time here and I loved it. I went with a Coworker to get drinks. The drinks were not overly expensive and the service was great. The bartenders made strong drinks are were always friendly. The friend knew the manager so they gave us a booth for free. We chilled all night while the DJ played great 90s and 2000s hits. Great vibe“

Parking: Parking in front of the building and about 3 minutes away there is a LARGE parking lot but it's diagonal from the complex.“

“Wow!! Now this is what a Lounge should be. I walked in with a group of friends and was stunned. I was informed by the owner Donnie that on that night; Hour Magazine was attending the establishment, because the establishment was Rated Top Lounge in the State of Michigan. I was astonished by the craftsmanship of the cocktails that we ordered. The selection of Bourbon, Scotch, Tequila, and Cigars was amazing. I will definitely be coming back with multiple people to share this amazing establishment!“

Heather, the manager, was attentive and professional from the initial meeting about renting the space, all of the planning and throughout the event. All of the staff were so fun and kind! They kept everything organized and the drinks flowing during the reception. We had a wonderful experience here and we are so glad we chose this as our venue!
