“A little far from where I live but worth the drive. They have a great selection of cigars and many that others in my area have not been able to get their hands on. I always come here for my Upsetters brand {the original rude boy}. Nice location with a bar and it's Black owned. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Members only lounge with members lockers. Comfortable seating with TVs and they offer board games. Outdoor seating available as well. They do not serve food but do allow you to bring your own. They also have hosted events to buy a taste new cigars. Please check this place out. You will not be disappointed.“
“My husband and I went to Mash for the first time last Saturday to see the Memphis Thrillbillies. The venue was intimate and the drinks were just right! The atmosphere was friendly and everyone had a great time. We didn’t order any food, but people around us did and they seemed to really enjoy it. Great place to see a live band play!“
“This was our first stop for the Bachelorette party. BEST drinks in town or pretty much anywhere! Seriously, some of the best drinks I've ever had anywhere. Such attention to detail and it was reflected in the quality of the drinks. Highly recommend. I didn't have anything to eat because we had dinner just before stopping here with the party bus. The ambiance is up-beat and spirited. Nothing dull about this place. So many different games to play and a photo booth! Great time had by all! Highly recommend!“
“I visited La Rosa Cigar Lounge last week.The lounge is really low-key and unassuming. You'll find no grandiloquence here. It leans into old-school lounge vibes with low lights and dark paint.It's located on a block of connected storefronts on the portion of Michigan Avenue where east and west are separated.The inside space is large enough to accommodate quite a few people. There are televisions to watch sporting events while relaxing in comfortable chairs.There seemed to be a decent selection of spirits. The bar itself seemed to seat about eight people.We stopped by because I wanted to pick up a few of my favorite Black-owned boutique cigars and have a quick drink before dinner.The bartender was really sweet. She shared tips about when to return for a visit and a bit about the clientele. We enjoyed talking with her about pop culture and food. The food here is supposed to be really good. There are only a few other cigar lounges in the greater Detroit area that offer food and spirits; a few more, if you don't mind a 40-minute drive.The humidor is on the smaller side, but it definitely has potential. I spotted a few of my favorite cigars and brands. The variety will suit many tastes.I found the drinks affordable. If I recall correctly, there are drink specials for weekday happy hour. Individual sodas are available for sale. I didn't notice a coffee situation, but I hope there's one.Live bands play on Friday and Saturday.They are closed on Monday and Tuesday and are open Wednesday - Sunday. Hours are 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday; and 5:00 pm to 12:00 am on Friday and Saturday.Locker memberships are available.I didn't notice if there was a nearby parking lot. We parked on the street.In the coming week, I see that they are hosting an event with a Black-owned boutique cigar brand owner.I hope to see more of that for sure.They are on socials. Upon viewing their website, I see that they also have an app. I'm curious as to what it offers.“
“My husband and I went here yesterday, around 1-2 pm on a Saturday. We went with my stepdaughter and her boyfriend, who live barely two blocks away. Luckily for us, they weren't crazy busy. The inside is open and airy, with beautiful but simple wood throughout. We had an appetizer of the pimento cheese and warm pita.... amazing. Ice cold and excellent Coke, that was refilled without being asked for, which was nice. We ordered two of the brisket sandwiches, one with fries, the other with salad, the smoked turkey sandwich ( a version of a turkey Ruben, with a twist), with fries, and the veggies/three ways ( beautiful roasted cauliflower, asparagus and brussel sprouts in a bed of creamy grits ). Everyone was very happy with their food, the fries were dangerously good and the veggie dish could have easily been shared by two or three people. We would go back again.“
“Decor is lovely, very cozy. My boyfriend and I came here for impromptu date night. I didn’t take any pictures for once, BUT everything we tried was delicious. I had bruschetta. He had Cesar salad with chicken. We split a peach pot pie and tiramisu. So luxurious! Must try in Ypsi!“

Tonight was a little bit more special though because while we were having dinner, unfortunately our toddler had gotten sick and threw up on the floor, the manger (I can’t remember her name but it was a woman with shorter hair with glasses) helped me and my husband so much during this situation, reassured that everything was ok and then proceeded to help me clean everything up while my husband took our toddler to the bathroom. Just a very wholesome moment, there are still good people out there who understands it’s tough having a kid! Thank you so much!!“
“This has to be one of my favorite restaurants in the area, and one of my top 5 in Michigan.Atmosphere- Its a smaller but more intimate place, this means they are serving quality, not quantity. Very experience staff, and overall you want these vibes when you're on a date. Just good feelings all around, everyone enjoying great food, and drinks. Awesome conversations with other guest and lots of staff. Just had an epic time.Food- The new Chef is amazing, he came out and explained some of his dishes and upcoming changes on the menu. He has incredible drive to continue to grow his culinary career as well as listens to feedback. Every dish that we had felt like it was hand crafted for us. This is geared towards quality as I said above, so if you are expecting heaping amounts of food, this is not your restaurant, stick to apple bees.Drinks- We have lived all over, and specifically want to say NYC because it will help explain my feelings here. The bartenders were amazing, and very skilled. If you have a "type" of cocktail they will customize something for you right there and then. Everything comes extremely balanced, and the wine selection is top tier as well. I had 5 cocktails while my fiancé had 3 and a glass of wine. We usually stay out to dinner at restaurants for an hour maybe 1.5, but here we stayed for over 3 hours!Overall- 5/5 High quality food, service, atmosphere, PLENTY of parking in the parking garage and an very cute downtown Northville. The server was outstanding and the food was excellent after sending one burger back because it was cooked medium, not well as ordered. It was quickly replaced and our beverages were refilled promptly, without asking. We will return in the future.“

It's a big open space with tables (and a small second floor area) which means there's a higher than usual level of background noise. Because the food lives up to the reviews you may have a short wait to dine but the meal will be well worth the time.Parking: In the evenings there's plenty of open shops, loads of people and less parking than needed. You'll have to circle around once or twice and you shouldn't waste time looking for the perfect spot. Grab any open spot.“
