“I stopped by for a late breakfast and had "The Forager", what they call a "rumble" of eggs, mushrooms, smoked gouda, onions and greens. A great combination of flavors. It came with seasoned fried potatoes and sourdough toast. I like a place that offers sourdough. And the coffee. As someone who takes their coffee black, I am often disappointed by diner coffee and resort to cream and sugar just to make it palatable. Not so here. Whatever blend they are using is of superior quality.\nI've only been here the one time, but their menu looked pretty diverse for breakfast and lunch. Would recommend.“

“Cadillac Square Diner is a classic old-school diner in downtown Detroit that’s perfect for a simple and satisfying meal. The place has a relaxed, casual atmosphere that feels very authentic, like a traditional American diner where locals come for breakfast and lunch.
I ordered a basic breakfast with eggs, hash browns, and toast, and it was exactly what I wanted—hot, filling, and well cooked. The portions were generous and the prices were pretty reasonable for downtown. Their pancakes and omelets are also popular choices if you want something heartier.
The staff were friendly and the service was quick, which makes it a great stop if you need a fast breakfast before exploring the city. Overall, Cadillac Square Diner is a solid spot for classic comfort food in Detroit.“

“I've been going to the C P. for about 45 years. The staff, service and food has and still is like a family experience. The Sunday morning Biscuit's and Gravy makes me a very happy Man. It's a comfortable experience for me.
Kid-friendliness: My son has Autism and can be much like the Tasmanian Devil, with all the love in my heart I say that . For all the years we've gone to the C.P. they welcome him despite his larger than life personality. That means the world to me. A Better experience than some of my family gatherings . Oh yeah I went there. No apologies but much thanks to the Canterbury Palace ?☮️“

“The food was phenomenal!!! We don’t remember anything that we ate. All we remember is how good it tasted. Kidding, the hashbrowns/potatoes were hands down our favorite, no onions and cheese needed but those toppings made it even better. We had the smoked salmon and big breakfast. Every bite made us look at each other and say, this is soooo delicious. The service was just as good and it really had that classic diner feel. As a music lover I loved the record and cassettes on the wall.“

“A no nonsense established place to enjoy real home cooked style foods for a good price. If restaurants could be cushy fuzzy slippers, this would be that! Except of course...much tastier and no fuzz! :)“
“Nice local spot, affordable, very tasty, with good customer service. Puts you in mind of a coney island restaurant. I had a corned beef pita with fries. It was delicious and the meat was juicy and moist, they gave a generous amount of fries. The only downside is they don't give a pickle with it. Otherwise everything was great. 10/10 I definitely recommend.“

“I had breakfast at Nanas kitchen this morning. After eating, talking with company I noticed the cook wasn't wearing gloves while handling the food. He handled bacon, wiped his hands on his apron, proceeded to grab his phone and coffee and talking to customers. Not washing hands before returning to handling food. Another cook also started, no gloves, while grabbing bacon, pile of hash browns with 2 hands, in-between grabbing the trashcan from under the counter. The service and food was good but seeing the above grossed me out. Waitress was told but, said she would say something but I continued watching the cook handling food with no gloves until we left.“

“It was my first time visiting Tim’s Coney Island in Southfield this past Saturday with my kids and our church youth group, about a dozen of us in total. The food was absolutely delicious, the portions were great, and the prices were very reasonable—our bill came out to about $10 each. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our experience even better. We all left satisfied, and I can honestly say this will not be our last visit. Definitely looking forward to going back soon!“

“This is a great place to get a bite to eat inside the Henry Ford Museum. The menu is limited, but the service is quick and the prices are reasonable. For two people we had a quality lunch for under $25. I highly recommend the chicken salad sandwich. There are also kids menu options. And the setting is hard to beat- the restored dining car is beautiful.“
