KFC in Detroit

“Unbelievable I came twice after 10 pm on 2 different occasions and got hot fresh chicken and good service honestly I hate patronizing businesses in the city but I’m must say 2 times close to closing fresh food and good service please keep up the good work“

“I visited KFC for lunch. When I pulled into the parking lot, it was clean. I went through the drivethru. There was a long line. However, the staff was keeping up with the pace to move the line. I ordered the family meal. The chicken, biscuits, mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, coleslaw and lemonade were absolutely delicious! The food was hot and fresh. The biscuit were soft and fluffy. I starting eating the food on the way home. The problem is... It was soooooo good, I couldn't stop eating it. I recommend this location and I will visit again.

Parking: They have a few wheelchair accessible parking spaces.

Kid-friendliness: They offer a variety for kids.“

“I didn't like the fact I had to order at the kiosk. The $20 fill up box 6 pieces of chicken with 4 individual side items & I couldn't change my items. The prices steady going up & they subtracting the food. Smh I know you guys just doing your job but KFC need to better with the portions of “

“Best KFC experience in the area!! Food at this location was hot and seasoned appropriately, not salty like the others. I Will be back at this location if I ever want to order again. The other locations were unprofessional/ rude or rushing me to order and their food was also salty.“

“It's been awhile since I've been inside to eat. Food is always good at KFC! Sometimes you can't always get what you want, but that's everywhere really. And there are situations that arise where you have to use credit cards instead of cash too, but on this occasion it was later in the evening and I had to pick up and go, but it went well without any issues.“

“Sat at the order menu for 5 minutes without anyone taking our order. Walked up to the window. No one there. Went indoors. They said there's a box on the ground that let's them know when someone is trying to order. They finally took our order and were very fast at filling it.“

“Ok. I really wanted to give 5 stars but a few things happened…. The price on the screen was different from the price I paid (they explained the price recently went up) and then they couldn’t give a receipt because the printer was broken (that’s stressful since I’ve been overcharged before). But, ordering here was quick and easy. The place is a *little* bit sketchy but fine, I didn’t feel unsafe. Overall, I’d come back again, but I’ll for sure try to know the menu better so I can maximize deals.“

“So this KFC was above average. Last time I went their the speed of service was phenomenal and quick. Their was hardly anyone in line and the staff was clear and precise towards you. They even cooked my white meat chicken breast fresh to order. It tasted like deep southern KFC joint down there. Overall really good experience ???“

“KFC has lost a great deal in translation. The staff was rude, the food was horrible and I got sick. We paid for a 12 piece family meal, which should have included white and dark meat. Instead they gave us all dark meat. There was so much grease we could have wrung the chicken out and fried chicken at home that would have tasted so much better. So, the moral of this rating is, never stop by the KFC on Gratiot and Mt. Elliott after church to get a meal when you don't feel like cooking. You'll probably be sorry and angry too!

Shut it down and start over KFC!“

“I took my daughter and Mother in law and they love it! I used the drive-thru and took pictures while waiting in line. The only problem was the trash that was in front of the dumpster. I saw a worker putting some trash in it, but, he didn't sweep it up. I hope that he did later, because you don't want to attract rodents. My daughter's order was a mobile order and our pick up process was a breeze! The workers at the window were so polite and kind.

Parking: Parking is limited I'm not sure how many spots there are.“

“Love how they're expanding their menu. Food was fresh and hot. Service was pretty quick especially given the line was long. Order was correct. Mashed potatoes need some flavor and a little more consistency to them. Prices were decent. Hadn't had in years, will definitely try again.“
