Lou's Deli Reviews
Because I had heard that Lou's on W. 7 Mile had good corned beef sandwiches, I chose, on my birthday to give it a try. I was not impressed. The entrance needed to be swept. The floors were not looking clean, and the walls need a new coat of paint. In the suburbs, I will almost bet that that business would not have looked like our Lou's on W. 7 Mile. The person making my corned sandwich did not give me what I asked for. It was made with way too much sauce, which made it very soggy....read full review
I asked for grilled bread its literally burnt i can't even test anything but burnt bread so disappointed
I usually come to this location because it seems to be the closest to my home but honestly i just went in and it was kid next to the cashier and he was eating chips and licking his fingers and you don’t know what he touching back there either. Lou's Deli is a local establishment that offers a casual dining experience. The restaurant has a clean and spacious interior with ample seating, including a few booths. The menu features a variety of sandwiches, such as the "David's Drip" sandwich, as well as soup and chips. The food is generally good, although the soup was not favored by one reviewer. The staff is reported to be friendly, despite some complaints about the greeting. Parking is available in the lot by the building, with an additional lot next to it. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible.
Customers have mixed opinions about the restaurant. Some find the onion rings to be not hot enough, while others appreciate the consistent quality over the years, despite price increases. The sandwich portions have been a point of contention, with some customers feeling that the meat to bread ratio is not sufficient given the higher prices. However, others praise the restaurant for maintaining its charm and offering a variety of sandwich sizes to choose from.
