“I don't know where I should start but I been here for three days straight and I had been order three different dish. All of them are really good. I do recommend their curry rice dish. Second is their pork wonton noodles soup. I wish I can come back here next day to make four day stright...but unfortunately we got head back to Chicago soon.“

“I’ve not been very satisfied with the Chinese takeout scene in Lansing but China Palace absolutely redeemed that. This place will be my family’s go to takeout place from now on. The service was quick, the staff was friendly, and the food was hot.

They also have great vegetarian options. We got the Buddha delight with vegetarian fried rice, lo mien, and spring rolls— delicious!

The price is fair given the state of the economy. For the two of us we spent about $30-35 dollars. I ain’t mad about it.

The location is less than preferable both inside and outside but frankly I don’t care too much given I was in and out very quickly to get my food and go home.

“Absolutely the best Chinese food I have had in East Lansing/Lansing. Very friendly and helpful service as well. I will certainly return whenever I am in town!“

“We're regulars. We only go on weekends for dim sum. Though not as extensive as in metropolitan areas, the dishes listed on the menu are wonderful. We always order the same items. Spring rolls with a hint of five spice powder, scallion pancakes, chicken congee with just the right amount of green onion seasoning, turnip cake and stuffed eggplant, are but a few of our favorites.
Don't forget to order the duck!

“You really gotta try it!! This is one of my favorite restaurants in the US; every time I order, I got those juicy meat balls, ribs, and pork belly; you haven’t experienced bliss before, wait until they melt in your mouth.

They come in big portions at reasonable prices, the re are only two person working in the shop, but what they deliver is not something to dismiss.

I haven’t tried the English menu so I can’t really comment on that, but my friends like the rice noodles, fried rice, and sweet & sour chicken.“

“Generally speaking, the food at Chen's is very good. I particularly enjoy their shrimp egg foo young and their fried wontons. Portions are a good size, and the cooks are conscientious of allergy concerns. My out-of-town friends like Chen's food, and this is where it becomes embarrassing. The restaurant interior is absolutely filthy - it is downright gross. For such a successful restaurant, there is absolutely no need for this. Indeed, the Health Department should be notified. This is a family business. The teen waitresses could use a tip in friendliness and manners, as well.“

“Our family has ordered from Asian Gourmet several times, sometimes for 6-8 people, and the staff consistently gets the orders correct. They are always nice when we pick up, and have offered to help carry larger orders to the car. There are many menu options to choose from and the food is always good. The place is lot much to look at, but this is not a sit-down restaurant.“

“I love that they have a plant based chicken dish called, "Beyond Chicken." I had just that one dish and I asked for the cheapest portion available for I didn't have much cash. The portion I got was so small, it surprised me. It was delicious. I gave one piece for my friend to try. It was actually satisfying. I tend to have a large appetite. The staff was patient and kind. “I used to be a regular at this place when my office was just a mile away. I probably have not eaten here in 8 to 10 years. My go to dish was always Mongolian beef. I had it again and it was still as delicious as I remembered it. I'm not wild about the rice, and did not eat much of it. The main dish did not skimp on meat, which was good.“
