“This is the best Chinese restaurant in the state! You will not be disappointed. The people that run it are very kind and accommodating. You will most definitely not regret coming here, I refuse to eat anywhere else. Their delivery is quick, they’re very nice, and the food is the best“

“Though my food and waitress were not outstanding, what was outstanding was the manager at this location. Not only did he come over to deliver my drink and show us a cool trick, but he kept checking on us throughout the meal and went out of his way to ensure our satisfaction. Would come back just because of him.“

“I'm a truck driver who was delivering a load in the area and craving ramen. So, I found this place and ordered via Uber Eats. Let me start off by saying that the food is absolutely phenomenal. Everything tasted high quality and fresh. The food was packaged carefully. The broth for my spicy ramen didn't even leak! I also ordered the wontons in chili oil, which, again, were very fresh. The skin was thin, too, so it wasn't too doughy— just the perfect bite. My co-driver ordered the stir-fried udon with beef and enjoyed it immensely.
Now, onto the not-so-great details: this place is not very affordable with its high prices. It's the kind of restaurant you go to to Treat Yourself(TM). As delicious as it was, the spicy ramen came out to a whopping $39 with added toppings. Now, of course, it was my decision to add those toppings, so I'm not TOO hung up on that (mainly because I'm still trying to convince myself that the quality and taste at least made it worth a shot). But, nowhere on the menu or website does it describe what the ramen already comes with (no picture either), so it was either: 1) order and hope it comes with the usual toppings; or 2) ensure it has toppings by adding it myself. Normally, I would have no issue doing that, but keep in mind that the toppings range from $2.99 - $4.99 each. I think this restaurant could include more detailed descriptions for its dishes, and not just for the ramen. The item descriptions have VERY few words to begin with.
Moving on from the ramen itself, the prices for everything else I ordered were pretty high for the portion received. The scallion pancake was $11.95, but it only came with a single pancake. Usually, at that price, you'd get way more. The takoyaki was $10.95 with only 4 balls, and the signature sausage was $13.95 for what I'm pretty sure was only one sliced-up sausage. All were VERY good (the takoyaki was just okay), but the prices kind of killed it for us. Again, we're just sort of in a state of denial trying to convince ourselves it was worth it, because there is ZERO doubt that the food was amazing.
All things considered, I would come here again, but definitely only during a Treat Yourself(TM) day. Maybe next time, we'll try sitting in!“

“My only regret is not having come here before. The food was delicious and portions are very generous. I had their eggplant in garlic sauce but also had a chance to taste the orange chicken and Mongolian beef, which were also amazing. Service was fantastic and really fast. Highly recommend it and I will be back.“

“I’ve not been very satisfied with the Chinese takeout scene in Lansing but China Palace absolutely redeemed that. This place will be my family’s go to takeout place from now on. The service was quick, the staff was friendly, and the food was hot.
They also have great vegetarian options. We got the Buddha delight with vegetarian fried rice, lo mien, and spring rolls— delicious!
The price is fair given the state of the economy. For the two of us we spent about $30-35 dollars. I ain’t mad about it.
The location is less than preferable both inside and outside but frankly I don’t care too much given I was in and out very quickly to get my food and go home.
We will definitely be back.“

“Best fried rice, egg drop soup, and general tso in town. 90% of the time we go, the owner is the only one working. She is always kind and attentive to the customers in the restaurant while taking orders and dealing with door dash orders. If she misses a call for a takeout order, she even calls them back. The great small family owned restaurant“

“You really gotta try it!! This is one of my favorite restaurants in the US; every time I order, I got those juicy meat balls, ribs, and pork belly; you haven’t experienced bliss before, wait until they melt in your mouth.
They come in big portions at reasonable prices, the re are only two person working in the shop, but what they deliver is not something to dismiss.
I haven’t tried the English menu so I can’t really comment on that, but my friends like the rice noodles, fried rice, and sweet & sour chicken.“

“Generally speaking, the food at Chen's is very good. I particularly enjoy their shrimp egg foo young and their fried wontons. Portions are a good size, and the cooks are conscientious of allergy concerns. My out-of-town friends like Chen's food, and this is where it becomes embarrassing. The restaurant interior is absolutely filthy - it is downright gross. For such a successful restaurant, there is absolutely no need for this. Indeed, the Health Department should be notified. This is a family business. The teen waitresses could use a tip in friendliness and manners, as well.“

“Our family has ordered from Asian Gourmet several times, sometimes for 6-8 people, and the staff consistently gets the orders correct. They are always nice when we pick up, and have offered to help carry larger orders to the car. There are many menu options to choose from and the food is always good. The place is lot much to look at, but this is not a sit-down restaurant.“

“Fortune house just opened for the day when we arrived, no other guests were there yet, so I had a chance to ask alot of questions about Chinese food. The lady who helped me with my order was very knowledgeable. The way she explained the food, it started to really make me hungry. The quality of the ingredients and all the time-consuming preparation and care that goes into getting all the details right was alot. Our group went inside to order take-out, after the order was taken 12 minutes went by and here came a mountain of food, it was a little shocking to be honest how much food we were brought for 37 dollars. It tasted incredible, a really nice flavorful meal. Best Chinese i had been served in a long time. The Fortune House was a pleasant surprise. The environment was quiet and clean. Small dining area, order your food at the register style, short wait, and delicious food, a happy time was my experience.“

“I used to be a regular at this place when my office was just a mile away. I probably have not eaten here in 8 to 10 years. My go to dish was always Mongolian beef. I had it again and it was still as delicious as I remembered it. I'm not wild about the rice, and did not eat much of it. The main dish did not skimp on meat, which was good.“

“Good food and super fast as advertised! The chicken i got was labeled spicy, but i think that only applies if you’re polish or german or something… i would give it a 0.5/10 on the spicy meter… literally was sweet and sour chicken. Was GREAT… just …sweet.“

“Within the mindset of “fast food” this Panda location if as good as you can get. I don’t even care which entree it is, if Izaiah or anyone else who cooks back there just got done making it fresh, I’m absolutely loving it. Seriously, the location gets enough traffic during main meal times that the food is usually poppin off hot. It’s soooo good. Always clean, a beautiful view of campus, plenty of sunshine through the windows. Eat here, get whatever is fresh, and enjoy.“
