“You know what it is. This is the deluxe greasy spoon one stop pick Up spot. These guys have done a wonderful job cramming so much in to a little spot and still providing excellent service and a consistent product. Great neighbors too. These guys participate in the community and I see them sponsoring many events. They deserve the support of the city and I think they get it. You know what you’re getting here. I only order shakes Burgers and fries. It’s all you need they use knights beef!!“

“Had the chopped brisket sandwich. Had already had the Ruben from their neighbor. Brisket was amazing. Soooooooooo tasty …..from the meat, the seasonings, the sauce….ugh. I’d eat it 3 times a day if I didn’t live in Illinois. And the woman at the counter was great. I’d give them a 10/5!“

“We took my mom out for her birthday, she and I ordered the Prime Rib while my husband got a smoked sandwich. It was early for us, but the prime rib was down to the last two pieces already and we like rare. We took the chance and ordered it anyway, we were NOT disappointed! While a bit more done than we prefer, it was still amazing! It was super tender, full of flavor, great bark. Husband said the sandwich was amazing as well. The owner, himself, came out to check on us as he knew about the last two portions things. He was concerned with making sure that even though we decided to order knowing it may be a bit more done than our preference, that we still enjoyed the food. He offered to make us something else, there was zero need. Very sweet, very involved owner. LOVE IT!!! We will be back!“

“When your friends tell you to go to hell, this is the place they mean. This is a really neat bar and restaurant. The menu has a good selection, and nice to see the half sammich option too.
The atmosphere is fantastic with all the fun hell based stuff on the walls and in the rafters.

“The Aloha BBQ mix is fantastic. Their BBQ chicken is some of my favorite chicken, the beef is amazing, and the ribs are delicious. I'm not normally a fan of macaroni salad but theirs is delicious and compliments the meats really well. Highly recommend.“

“The restaurant itself is beautiful. We have been to the downtown Detroit location and decided to give the Ann Arbor location a try. We were not disappointed! We went for our anniversary and our waiter Ivan made our night out so special! He was very attentive, engaging and genuinely pleasant! The food is amazing, the variety of meats that are offered is great, and there are so many interesting dishes within the salad buffet.
