My swimmer and I enjoyed our food and wait staff. The lower atmosphere grade comes from the cold draft that didn't seem to stop as other patrons came and went. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars.“

“I grew up in the greater New York City area, where we have some of the greatest food on the planet. I will tell you that when it comes to Chinese food, this restaurant did not disappoint. The food is outstanding! The restaurant is clean and the service is good. I do need to tell you, however, that you may encounter a language barrier, so be aware of that particularly when it comes to discussing your order. This place is authentic in every way! By the way, the lunch menu is outstanding, and the prices are unbelievably affordable.“

“Very much on the expensive side for what it is, but love the flavors that are being put together here. Build your own bowl ends up kinda like bibimbap but without a hot stone, also they forgot my fried egg and ended up making it later and also giving me free fried chickpeas which were incredible. The gochujang sauce is so good“

The fact that it's supposed to be a high end steak house and they let people in that are wearing sweats or short shorts is wrong. also, letting people in that are very loud, and dropping cuss words is terrible. The worse part was that to get to the bathroom, you have to walk thru a haze of smoke that is very thick. I have very bad lungs and I was thrown into a coughing fit so bad both times I went to the bathroom that it made my chest and throat hurt and made it hard for me to enjoy my food. To add, the next day I was violently sick throwing up. I will never come bacj again.“

“A few years ago I searched on Google for "highest rated restaurant near me" and Everest ranked #1. I've eaten there for my birthday celebration meal, and at other times, in the five or six years since. It's rare to find great food, great service, and at a great price in the post-Covid era. In my experience Everest is the best of these combined categories in the Ann Arbor to Dearborn corridor along I-94. No where else that I've eaten since moving back to the area in 2011 comes close.“

“My go to breakfast spot closed (Angelo's in Ann Arbor) and I've been trying to find somewhere in dexter or pinkney and have been so disappointed. I've tried them ALL and this was my last place to try! I took my 92 year old grandpa in and we were both so impressed! The atmosphere was great, nostalgic for grandpa! The food was phenomenal. Prices were better than other local establishments for much better food. They were jam packed and we still got our food pretty quick. I can't wait to go back! Make sure you get the American fries for breakfast. Haven't had anything comparable to those anywhere.“

“This is a 5 star restaurant serving 2 star martinis. The glasses are not chilled nor do they have a stem to keep your warm hand off the bowl of the drink. A better glass would enhance the experience for us martini lovers and complement the food!“

The girl at the door seating everyone seemed really odd. I told her we needed two seats. She grabbed the menues and silverware. We followed her to our table. She put the items on the table and left without saying a single word to us. I usually expect them to say follow me or tell me who will be our server. She didn’t say a word. Seemed mad. But it is a beer and burger place. Maybe I expect too much of people.“

There is plenty of comfortable seating all around the room for watching the kids. “Best Chinese food in Ann Arbor - Hands down!!! Been coming here for years. New owners now. It was good before, but now it’s GREAT. We moved to Saline 6 years ago and there are 3 Chinese restaurants in Saline. I still drive to town to get Happy Wok because it’s just that good!! All the traditional dishes. Today it was Singapore rice noodles and Lo Mein. Delicious as always. They never disappoint. Seasoning just right, huge portions, very friendly service. This will be your new favorite joint for Chinese food.“
