“Been a few months since I've been to this location. Turns out they've redesigned their drive-thru so that if you're using mobile-thru you have to take a completely different entrance into the parking lot than what you used to. You can't even get into that line without leaving the parking lot, going out into the street and reentering through the other entrance. So when you get in the wrong line, it becomes a big catastrophe trying to get your food.“

“I’ve tried multiple times to order from this location at 8:30 and they are never open. Door says they close at 9...maybe consider changing the times so people don’t waste time goin there. Love the sandwiches, but not being open during posted hours is a drag.“

“I come to chick Fil a, but something is not right with your app. I have over 10,000 points and can never redeem them via mobile or in restaurants. I click redeem, choose item, add to order but when I go to check out, there is still a total. Today I went in the restaurant, scanned the item & it did not come off the order. Luckily the manager was kind enough to refund me what I wanted to redeem but that should not have to happen.“

Of note to this reviewer: the cod dinner is spot on. French fries are better than at any other fast food chain, and I am addicted to their strawberry malts!! This Culvers location is a real treat!“

“The food at QDOBA was good, consistent with what I’ve come to expect from any location. What really stood out was the service—Chau made my bowl and was very generous with the portions. He also checked in a couple of times to ask if we needed anything else or if we were enjoying our food, which was thoughtful and attentive. Friendly, considerate staff like this really enhance the dining experience. Definitely appreciated!“

“Came here for lunch on a Tuesday after my daughter's appointment. Was greeted by Pettra and she took our order. She helped me save a bit of $ by doing the 2 for $6 they have right now and also noticed my daughter didn't get a drink with her food so she did not hesitate to get us a cup for water (my daughter loves water so it was awesome!) awesome customer service there! Definitely made eating lunch here a great experience 🙂“

“Wheelchair accessibility: If you can open doors by yourself then it's wheelchair accessible I'm in a wheelchair and it's a struggle with the doors for me I go out to eat by myself so there's no one with me. I have only had 3 employees that helped me with the doors but sadly only a few times ? and I go there may times and some times I don't go in because of the doors“

“One of the best McDonalds we have gone to. It has a play place for the kids and a light table with games. It was clean and food came out fast and correct. Be careful coming out of it though people hall booty through the parking lot. Other than that it was a perfect dining experience. So if you have kids this is the McDonald's for you!

Parking: Good parking but people drive through the parking lot like they are in the Indy 500

“I usually always have an issue with this location, went there last night. Every single thing in my order was wrong including a hair in one of our taco’s.

The reason I’m giving 4 stars is because I finally decided to call the store because I’m so tired of getting shitty food from this location.
The supervisor I spoke with was very kind and apologetic and offered me to come in the next day to either have it remade or get a full refund. I went in the next day and he remade my whole order with no hesitation. Great customer service.“

“It's in the J and H gas station. I have not had the food but they have a wonderful selection of drinks. Many different creams for coffee including almond milk based flavored cream, all in bottles rather then tiny cups. They have coke zero in the fountain and also have the option of the GOOD ICE and also Ice cubes in the fountain. My husband and I stop just for the drink selection.“

“It is not only this location but every Wendys that I went to has the same thing happened. How could you hand out the drink without a straw? Every single time!!! I always have to ask for it which I found annoying. Please have more common sense ??‍♀️ how am I supposed to drink without a straw? Open the lid and slurp it?
Anyway, food is fine, the drink is good, but the employees need to have more common sense and train properly ??“

He is such a bright, radiant person and gives such good energy to this world. Our experience here with Ben gets better EVERY. SINGLE. TIME!! We love him!!!“
