I would like to give a huge shout out to the manager from last night, I came in believing I had a reservations because I was celebrating my bday but also doing a gender reveal that was done Feb 13th for March 1st but it wasn’t in there system. Instead of turning me around her and some of staff maneuvered and make things work in my favor. The server we had started out great but then became a little rude and I don’t know if it was because of my party downsizing or what but the attitude changed. She started reaching over ppl not saying excuse me so I became a little irritated on my special day. I really wanted to experience more of the food but the way things went it just changed the whole energy for me. But everything wasn’t bad and like I said I truly appreciate the amazing manager from last night and I was told that the bartender that made the drinks was superb!!!! Thank you”

“The only person who enjoyed the food was our dog. We waited almost 25 minutes for 2 hot dogs with cheese and bacon and an order of mozzarella sticks. Everything was lukewarm and gross. The table before us had been in there and still waited 25 minutes for some chili cheese fries. 3 workers present but only one doing anything. We won’t be back.”

We didn't realize that our favorite thing there wasn't popular enough to retain as a menu item when Leo's changed hands. “This restaurant came recommend to me as the best steakhouse in Grand Rapids. I was not disappointed. The staff was friendly (Kathryn) and answered all my questions. The atmosphere is perfect for a fancy date. Very romantic setting to impress. I don't drink alcohol and they had an alcohol free 0% Giasen Merlot which was exquisite. I started with French Onion Soup and Cheese Popover Muffins. For an entree, I had Australian Rib Lamb Chops with a Mint Demi Glase. For a side, I enjoyed Brussels Sprouts with Honey Dijon Mustard Sause. Everything exceeded my expectations and the Merlot paired nicely with the Lamb Chops. I highly recommend the Chop House as a must visit dining destination in the heart of Grand Rapids.”

They were having quite a night and were over seated for our reservation, but Sierra was fantastic and made sure we got our seats as fast as she could, and even came back to check on us several times and was very friendly. Brett, our server, went above and beyond, was super busy, but made sure to take good care of us! I’d definitely go back just because of these two! Great food was the bonus! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
