“The staff at this location is always very polite and kind. Today I placed an order that requires modification to a certain drink. I have been ordering this drink for the last 15 years at Starbucks. I explained the order to the young lady working at 7:50 AM and she was very intelligent and astute enough to understand what I requested. I was impressed, and she actually rang it up properly for the correct price. I send my Gratitude to the employees at this Starbucks. Thank you for being kind, and astute. 🙏🙌“
“The Starbucks on the MSU campus is a fantastic spot for students, faculty, and visitors alike! The atmosphere is always welcoming and busy. I happen to be a visitor but the staff here are incredibly friendly and efficient, even during busy hours.
As a local Realtor, I think Starbucks a great place to take a break from my busy schedule. Next time you’re on Campus, check it out. It’s between the MSU Spirit Shop and MSU Store, for a quick snack or a new MSU shirt. “
“I’m visiting from out of town. In Seattle we have Starbucks on every corner, literally… so I’ve been to a good share of Starbucks locations. This one is, by far, one of the best I’ve been to. Order was prompt and perfect, but what really stands out is the welcoming, friendly service from everyone at this location. And, the indoor and outdoor seating available makes this a great choice if you are in the area. I will definitely stop by every time I’m in East Landing“
“I adore the employees because despite the constant rush of college students, they still put in their best effort. Very kind and considerate.
Yes, orders can take 30+ minutes during rush hours, but people don't seem to understand that there are only about 5 employees serving hundreds of students a day. That can be a lot for anybody, so it's unrealistic for customers to expect their drinks to be made in 5 minutes. There were 20 orders ahead of yours, so it takes time. I don't mind waiting at all at this Starbucks.“
“I gave the atmosphere a 3star because honestly when I walked in there, it felt depressing. It might be a choice for most persons but not for me. The coffee and food is all the same thing being sold by Starbucks and the staff were really helpful.“
“This location DOES let you use the app to get rewards/pay. The staff is really nice and, despite me rarely going there, I still manage to always see the same workers :PThe picture I have attached is the one picture I have of a drink from there (I love seeing pictures in reviews, so this is for all y'all who are the same). It's an iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso with light ice and extra almond milk instead of oatmilk. It was sooooooo good I can't even explain. It's the lowest in calories that I can find, given I don't know the differences between any of the types of coffees they offer and it still tastes good.“
“One of my fave Starbucks in the MSU area because there's space to relax and it doesn't feel as corporate or uptight. The baristas are interesting and helpful and service pretty darn quick. I do coffee as opposed to fancy drinks, so I'm always relieved when coffee is strong and really good.“
