“Excellent Starbucks OverallAlex is loving and kind. She even knows me by name. That is awesome.The other employees are awesome as well.I do have a few complaints though. One time, the store closed early. Even though this is sort of a given I am not a fan of it.It feels cramped based on the size of it. Also you don't put the butter on customers' bagels. As much as you charge for them you should. Not that I am lazy, I just know a driver can't butter their own bagels while driving and may not have time to stop and butter them.I understand it takes time at the window, and this Starbucks most certainly moves faster than the one in Hartland, but I think it takes more time than it needs to.This is a good place to go. I'd go here over many other places“
“I believe these two deserve a shout out for excellent service Jaylin and the other batista whose name I wasn't able to get. I came in today April 6 around 11:25am for two drinks and the line would not end. People kept on coming. They work like a well oiled machine and deserve praise.“
