We Definitely will be ordering again and trying other Pizzas and Menu items. I can’t elaborate on the atmosphere as I sent my Son to pick it up. We ordered from the 10 Mile and Gratiot Store.“

“My friend and I had lunch at Coriander Kitchen and Farm yesterday 6/23. We came back because we enjoyed our first visit last year so much! However, at this visit the food was not so good. I ordered fish and chips and my fish was overcooked and the french fries were not hot. My friend ordered smelt which were awful and greasy which we sent back. We asked for lemon which never came to the table and our waiter seem to be the only one there and they were busy so I don't think we got the attention that we were due. I know this establishment can do better, so I will be going back. But yesterday's service and food were awful.“

“Everything was delicious and the ambiance was outstanding. We ate while listening to the soothing sounds of live jazz music. The wonderful bread was casually refreshed throughout the meal. I had the perch and my friend had the filet mignon, both were fantastic. I highly recommend this hidden treasure.“

“Oh MAN Rocco's is the place I have searched for in vain until last year when I tried them for the first time. Since that first meatball sub I have had almost every sandwich on the menu and so far not one has disappointed! Today I had the Corner Deli and was transported to Italian paradiso! In case you non-Italians did not know, ciabatta is the Italian baguette and Rocco's bakes many fresh loaves several times per day! Usually it is still warm from the oven even if you get a cold sandwich! There is no better sandwich bread in my progenic-Italian opinion! They are in Midtown on Cass just East of Mack. Try them if you have yet to do so. You will thank the gods!“

“Have been going her for at least 40 years if not longer. The food is absolutely wonderful. The ambience inside the restaurant is very comfortable and most relaxing. The only bad thing is they have not fixed the men's bathroom in over a year, maybe longer. We women do not enjoy sharing a bathroom with men who pea on the floor and also on the toilet seat. We want our bathroom back!“

“Originally from Michigan but now live in Florida. Went to Detroit for the weekend to attend Red Wings games. Looked for perch dinners and found Andrew’s. Absolutely awesome perch with a generous portion. Loved the atmosphere of the old time era. Staff exceptionally friendly as was the owner. Would definitely recommend this place and can’t wait to return. What I liked was the minimal breading so you have the true taste of perch. This is by far the place to go if you love perch.“

“I was fortunate to find this hidden gem. I was the first customer on Friday, September 4 and I felt love and warmth as soon as I walked in the door.

I inquired about the history and found they opened almost in the midst of COVID and experienced a few struggles.

The salmon croquette patties were so flavorful. The honey biscuit and truffles fries were top notch. The dine-in service was wonderful.

“I can't believe I never tried this place before today (especially cuz it's right down the road from our favorite ice cream place). The small antipasto salad was HUGE, fresh, and loaded with all the good stuff. They make their own dressing(which is delicious), and give you a generous portion of their homemade garlic bread with it. The cheesy bread was perfect, too. I can't wait to go back and get their pizza. They have a drive thru to pick up and the man at the window was extremely nice and pleasant. A+ food and service.“

“The young man at the counter was extremely polite and helpful. I don't usually eat the crust of the pizza, but this pizza was so good.I ate two slices and the crust. Every Friday, my son and I veggie pizza. So far, this is my favorite.?

Vegetarian options: I had an extra large veggie pizza with substitution, and they they were able to accommodate me.

“My girlfriend and I decided to come here for brunch. The atmosphere here is gorgeous! We sat outside and it was a perfect day to have brunch on the patio! The service was outstanding. I think our server's name was Jennifer and she was fantastic. However, I'm only giving it four stars for two reasons. One is I did not care for the breakfast potatoes. And two the shrimp cocktail needed salt. It tasted as though they just boiled the shrimp and water. At least put salt in the water to give the shrimp some flavor. The sticky buns were wonderful. My eggs Benedict were cooked to perfection. My spicy margarita was not spicy so that's another reason why I took off a star. Jennifer did take it back and they remade it for me, but it still was not spicy. I like to fill that tickle in your throat when you have a spicy margarita and it still did not have that. Overall, it was a great experience, but those three things made me give it four out of five stars.“

I had a really nice experience at Lou’s Deli. The ambiance was welcoming and full of character, and the overall vibe felt like a true neighborhood spot. I came in with my son, and we genuinely enjoyed our time there.

A good friend of mine from Berry & Sons Islamic Slaughter House which is also a 5-star place recommended Lou’s, so I stopped by specifically for the corned beef. The quality and flavor were excellent, and everything tasted fresh and well prepared. I ordered the corned beef sandwich (plain with mustard) with fries, while my son had breakfast, which he really enjoyed.

The service was exceptional very friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Our waitress, an Albanian lady, was wonderful and added to the warm, community oriented atmosphere. You can feel the kindness and pride people take in their work there.

If I had one small suggestion, it would be to add a bit more meat to the corned beef sandwich. I honestly wouldn’t have minded paying a little extra for a heavier portion in New York Jewish-deli style Deli’s. That said, the taste and quality were absolutely five-star, and next time I’ll simply ask for extra meat.

Overall, great food, great people, great atmosphere. I would definitely go back and recommend it to anyone looking for a solid deli experience in Detroit especially if you appreciate good service and quality food.“

I am a teacher and was looking for a local pizza place...and one of my students recommended this pizza place. What an amazing choice! We found a great deal online for a large pizza. Since I was ordering as a reward for a few students I asked them to double cut the slices and they easily accommodated my special request. The cheese was so good, the sauce was tasty and the kids gobbled up the pepperoni ?

“I frequent this Panera Bread restaurant often when I visit my mom. I have had a couple snafu's on different occasions (as one does with any restaurant, such as a missing drink or chicken not being put on the side) & Corinna, the manager, has always helped me out with them with kindness, understanding, & patience. The snafu's haven't been catastrophic by any means but small minor mistakes. And she always goes out of her way to make things right. Reviews are not always for what that company got wrong but are also for giving the praise to someone who deserves it & I feel Corinna deserves it. I hope Panera Bread appreciates her & rewards her accordingly for excellent customer service!!“
