“Nobody should have a bad review on this place. The food is amazing. Fast service. In these tough times with food cost, there's no skimping here - I expect to have seen my shrimp fried rice with shrimp that you need a magnifying glass. These were whole shrimp as big as your finger! This restaurant knows how to treat customer's.“

“One of my favorite places! Staff is great. They have limited indoor seating but plenty of outdoor seating (covered with heaters for cold weather). The patio is such a vibe!
I love the Belle Island smoothie. I add the adaptogenic mushroom mix to mine for an additional cost. Other add ons include electrolyte hydration boost, maca, pea/whey protein, hangover helper, immune booster, etc.
I haven’t tried much of their food menu, but if you want a good snack, I always enjoy the power bites — made with sunflower butter, date, goji berry, oats, chia, date syrup, and sea salt. Delicious! :)“

“Very friendly staff, but a bit overpriced in my opinion. I also personally feel the pad Thai does not taste as good as the previous owners. Glad they updated their takeout containers to a more appropriate size, though.
Parking: Chopsticks, mints, and fortune cookies all available for customers.“

“Originally from Michigan but now live in Florida. Went to Detroit for the weekend to attend Red Wings games. Looked for perch dinners and found Andrew’s. Absolutely awesome perch with a generous portion. Loved the atmosphere of the old time era. Staff exceptionally friendly as was the owner. Would definitely recommend this place and can’t wait to return. What I liked was the minimal breading so you have the true taste of perch. This is by far the place to go if you love perch.“

“This was the best cooking class my friends and I have ever taken. Erica made making pierogi seem easy and like something we could actually do at home. The class was well structured and easy to follow along with. We were given time to practice and learn while Erica was there to also ensure that everyone went home happy and with at least 2 dozen delicious pierogi! We are excited to hopefully take more classes here soon!“

“I frequent this Panera Bread restaurant often when I visit my mom. I have had a couple snafu's on different occasions (as one does with any restaurant, such as a missing drink or chicken not being put on the side) & Corinna, the manager, has always helped me out with them with kindness, understanding, & patience. The snafu's haven't been catastrophic by any means but small minor mistakes. And she always goes out of her way to make things right. Reviews are not always for what that company got wrong but are also for giving the praise to someone who deserves it & I feel Corinna deserves it. I hope Panera Bread appreciates her & rewards her accordingly for excellent customer service!!“

“So Clean! New owners, GREAT FOOD!!!“
“Giving five stars because you guys are awesome people and the community loves you!Constructive feedback regarding why people have stopped coming;•The lady at the front counter takes a bit longer than is preferred considering most people are just stopping for a "quick" bite to eat.•The prices are a bit high. $6/each ?If you had a $2 Tuesday you'd have a line down the hall at least $3.•It looks as though you've watered down the coney sauce to save money. If you were to lower your prices and speed up service this would be a no brainier.I hate to see good business' fail for silly reasons especially if it's as simple as someone giving them honest feedback. It can be difficult to give good people negative feedback. But it is important to do this, especially if we want to see businesses in our community thriving.“

“I’m so confused about these negative remarks? This place is awesome, Sean goes beyond the call of duty. Our food always is perfect and delicious! You can’t expect to receive great food in 15 mins, if you do go through a drive thru. Thank you Gim Ling for the great service always!“

“The place was nice and cozy with an great atmosphere. I ordered the general two chicken and it was nice, sweet and spicy with the perfect breading! I heard it's best to get it during the weekends cause that's when it's cooked fresh! The rice was soft and the soup was rich as well, 100% coming here again!“

“Our office did a catering order today at the Panera location in Sterling Heights (cafe #600916). ordering was super efficient on the site and I was able to label every order with a name to avoid confusion. They called the day before the verify. When I picked up the order, it was ready and correct! They made the order easy to carry to my car as well. I was very impressed with their efficiency!“

“EDITED Nove 14th 2024
EXCELLENT CUSTOMER FROM BEGINNING TILL END.
My waitress refilled my drinks before asking before I could ask for refilling soup I had it I had bred before I needed it she bought me carry-outs without me asking a bag and my drink to go. She remember what I told her when I sat down. I told her for sure I wanted two soup, extra breadsticks, and I wanted a refill to go.
5 star on EVERYTHING
A personality was very pleasant and inviting.
EDITED DEC 17, 2023
I I ordered the same soup again only this time it was much better customer service it took about 15 minutes to get but they were crowded. This particular visit was a 8 out of 10.
So I went to the Olive Garden actually a few days ago.
Walked into carryout and I wanted the soup with the kale and potatoes and sausage I can't think of the name. It's my favorite soup and every time I go to this Olive Garden it's always perfect it's a favorite of mine.
I stood there while people scurried around never even acknowledged me with the hello and I'll be right with you for about 2-3 min.
After 3 minutes I asked a young black man who was a server, Is this where I stand to get carryout. My reasoning for asking was because sometimes you order at the bar. I was standing by a sign that said something like carry out pick up. And I could have been mistakenly in a spot that was strictly picking up carryout and not placing orders Therefore I asked to be sure.
He looked at me and pointed up at the sign and said that's what the sign say.
I immediately CHECKED him and told him that that was a UNPROFESSIONAL answer and I said I was asking because nobody over here has acknowledged me and I was making sure. Then he just stood there look stupid and a manger perhaps, a white woman said I apologize how can I help you.
The whole experience was a complete turn off. I understand things are extremely busy but simply acknowledging your customer and letting them know I'll be with you shortly my apologies for the wait can go a long way with customer service.
Having your staff speak to you with a smart flipping mouth can get them cussed out almost immediately and then both of us is in the wrong. However I didn't get vulger but yes I had a attitude.
Another disappointment was I got home only to find that my soup was mostly broth and itty bitty bits of potatoes barely any sausage and a little bit of kale it was like they scraped the bottom of the pan.
I paid for the broth. I'm still PISSED about it.
I was tired I didn't have the energy to go back and I just said forget it. Cause one, I didn't feel argument with the staff and I knew they wouldn't replace my soup they were probably tell me I ate it.
I would have did this review the day that it happened but again I was tired.
I had worked, wasn't feeling good and I've always gotten excellent service and soup from them so I thought I would end my night having some delicious soup and that didn't happen.
So I'm leaving my review today.
To to management readiness teacher staff to watch their mouth and always stay professional and teach the rest of your staff to acknowledge anyone that comes and stand up in front of them even if it's to tell them just to wait a minute.
It's rude to not acknowledge anyone while they're standing there staring at you in the face.
Lastly if you guys are out of soup just say that. I would of got something else. Always imagine would you serve it to yourself.
Hopefully my next visit will be different and I can give a updated review.
